ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНИЙ КАПІТАЛ В АКТИВІЗАЦІЇ ІННОВАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ
Анотація
В статті висвітлено сутність інтелектуального капіталу підприємства, систематизовано підходи вчених щодо його структури та особливостей формування. Визначено, що за умов глобальної конкуренції інтелектуальний капітал виступає визначальним фактором високоефективного розвитку виробничо-господарських систем, тому процес управління їхнім розвитком передбачає генерування на постійній основі нових ідей, стимулювання і запровадження інновацій за всіма напрямами функціонування. Теоретично доведено, що саме інтелектуальний капітал визначає темп і характер оновлення технологій виробництва підприємства та його продукції, які потім постають головною конкурентною перевагою на ринку. Обгрунтовано необхідність розвитку національних концепцій інтелектуального капіталу в контексті загальносвітових тенденцій інтелектуалізації економіки і творчого використання наявного історичного досвіду.

INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL IN THE ENTERPRISE INNOVATION PROCESS ACTIVATION
Summary
The article covers the essence of the intellectual capital of the enterprise, systematized approaches of scientists regarding its structure and peculiarities of formation. It is determined that in the conditions of global competition, intellectual capital is a decisive factor in the highly efficient development of production and economic systems, so the process of managing their development involves the generation of new ideas on a continuous basis, stimulating and introducing innovations in all areas of operation, updating technologies in accordance with changes in technological contexts.
It is theoretically proved that intellectual capital acquires a higher degree of development in comparison with traditional forms of capital of enterprises, so its formation, tools for successful use and development in the context of activation of high technology are key factors in the development of a highly developed society, which is replaced by traditional economic maximum economic concepts. from the use of limited material resources, the concepts of continuous scientific and technical, balanced of Old development and increased competitiveness based on intellectual capital.
The necessity of development of national concepts of intellectual capital in the context of global tendencies of intellectualization of economy and creative use of available historical experience is substantiated.
