СОЦІАЛЬНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНІ ПЕРЕДУМОВИ РЕПАТРІАЦІЇ УКРАЇНСЬКИХ ТРУДОВИХ МІГРАНТІВ У КОНТЕКСТІ ФОРМУВАННЯ СТРАТЕГІЇ РЕІНТЕГРАЦІЇ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто теоретичні аспекти та соціально-економічні передумови репатріації українських трудових мігрантів з акцентом на їх реінтеграції.
Описано теоретичні моделі повернення трудових мігрантів. Уточнено зміст понять повернення, репатріації та рееміграції трудових мігрантів. Розкрито демографічні аспекти доцільності репатріації трудових мігрантів. Наголошено на складності оцінки кількості трудових мігрантів у зв’язку з недоліками обліку міграційних процесів, що унеможливлює формування чіткого уявлення про репатріаційний потенціал. Акцентовано на впливі напрямків міграції на потенціал репатріації. Проаналізовано дані міжнародних організацій, що дозволяють уточнити оцінку потенціалу репатріації. Наголошено на складності оцінки потенціалу репатріації при включенні до нього представників діаспори.
Перспективним напрямком подальших досліджень визначено оцінку готовності соціально-економічних систем в Україні до репатріації та реінтеграції трудових мігрантів.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC PREREQUISITES FOR THE REPATRIATION OF UKRAINIAN MIGRANT WORKERS IN THE CONTEXT OF REINTEGRATION STRATEGY FORMATION
Summary
The concept of repatriation of labor migrants is insufficiently disclosed in current scientific research. This gives rise to certain discussion points. In particular, it is necessary to study more deeply the demographic and socio-economic preconditions for the repatriation of Ukrainian labor migrants. Extending research in this area will create the basis for improving the state migration policy in the field of return of migrant workers and their reintegration into the domestic political, legal and socio-economic space.
The purpose of the article is to summarize the socio-economic prerequisites for the repatriation of Ukrainian labor migrants in the context of forming a reintegration strategy.
The article describes theoretical models for the return of migrant workers. The content of the concepts of return, repatriation and re-emigration of labor migrants has been clarified. Demographic aspects of expatriate migrants' expatriation are revealed. Emphasis is placed on the complexity of estimating the number of migrant workers due to the deficiencies in accounting for migration processes, which makes it impossible to form a clear picture of repatriation potential. Emphasis is placed on the impact of migration destinations on the repatriation potential. Data from international organizations are analyzed to clarify the assessment of repatriation potential. The complexity of assessing the potential of repatriation when including representatives of the diaspora was emphasized..
It is established that at the current stage of socio-economic development, stimulation of repatriation processes will not produce the expected result. A much higher standard of living is needed to bring back populations that have taken root in other countries. However, we can draw attention to the considerable potential and importance of developing mechanisms for the reintegration of repatriates, since some of the countries where there is a significant proportion of Ukrainians by origin do not differ significantly in HDI.
A prospective direction for further research is to assess the readiness of socio-economic systems in Ukraine to repatriate and reintegrate migrant workers.
