ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ СОЦІАЛЬНОГО ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВА В УКРАЇНІ

Анотація

Метою цього дослідження є аналізування стану соціального підприємництва в Україні. У статті надано визначення термінам «підприємництво» і «соціальне підприємництво» та вказано його характерні ознаки. Також коротко описано відмінність соціального підприємства від благодійної організації та комерційної діяльності. Авторами цієї наукової статті досліджено стан соціального підприємництва в Україні та найбільш поширені види його діяльності в Україні. Також у статті проаналізовано основні проблеми, з якими стикається практично кожне соціальне підприємство на території нашої держави та розглянуто, як воно функціонує на прикладах двох із найбільш відомих соціальних підприємств в Україні (Горіховий дім та No Waste Ukraine). Авторами також подано власне бачення того, як можна сприяти розвитку соціального підприємництва в Україні.

THE POSSIBILITIES OF DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN UKRAINE

Summary

Improvements in economic and social activity involve more individuals and legal entities in public life and social interests. Today, there is an opportunity to combine efforts for those who support social assistance and support the European project. As for expansion, it means that it is the highest for the highest level. Responsive to guidance and support principles, beneficiaries that support active participants who are passionate about integrating themselves into working life and have exhausted any necessary cuts or need assistance. At the same time, given the individual abilities, similarities and health conditions, you need to look for ways to promote your integration into the job market. In the global globalization in the modern regions of Ukraine in the field of business was presented "European social model". In this model, there is the implementation of a political report on everything related to the debate on the European perspective on pensions, health and secrecy. These sectors represent the main factors that exist in the national sector of different countries. Traditionally, in each industry, responses to research systems have been created, which is the main sovereign social system.
Undoubtedly, demographic trends, high levels of jobless design, public debt and diminished European economic integration are the major problems for the national systemic internal population (retirement, health and employment). Protesters are turning modern transformational people into a headquarters with the European Budget Institute for a change: with the creation of new entrepreneurship. Sublimation financing and development systems have developed such a form of entrepreneurship as an industrial enterprise. According to the European Commission Initiative Public Enterprises [1], social enterprises have become important in the political debate in other European and non-European regions. It is well known that politicians, citizens and entrepreneurs who adhere to national and sub-national economic systems need others for the social community. Creating favorable work for economic enterprises is the highest need for leveraging capacity, not using created jobs, but they know the answer to the broad broad social and economic needs, and they seek to enhance their capacity and accountability for compliance.
The purpose of this article is to inform readers about the state of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine. It defines the terms "entrepreneurship" and "social entrepreneurship" and indicates its characteristic features. The distinction of social enterprise from charitable organization and commercial activity is also briefly described. We found out that the main thing that separates social entrepreneurship from any other type of entrepreneurship is that it has a social mission. The authors of this scientific article investigate the state of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine and the most common types of its activity in Ukraine. The article also analyzes the main problems faced by practically every social enterprise in the territory of our country and examines how it functions on the examples of two of the most famous social enterprises in Ukraine (Horikhovyy dim and No Waste Ukraine). The authors also provide their own vision of how social entrepreneurship can be promoted in Ukraine.
