ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ РІВНЯ РОЗВИТКУ ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
В статті досліджується рівень розвитку економічного потенціалу підприємства з урахуванням складових його формування (виробнича, фінансова, трудова, інформаційна, інноваційна). Запропонований методичний підхід дає змогу охарактеризувати стан підприємства, його ресурси, ефективність використання економічного потенціалу, а також визначити резерви його використання та можливості подальшого зростання. Обґрунтовано, що система показників оцінки економічного потенціалу об’єктів господарювання повинна набувати форми ієрархічної структури, що дозволяє деталізувати або інтегрувати показники, які характеризують стан різних видів ресурсів і напрямів їх використання. Узагальнюючий показник складових економічного потенціалу підприємства розраховано за допомогою рівняння Ферхюльста.
Даний методичний підхід щодо оцінки економічного потенціалу підприємства забезпечує систематичний процес контролю, моніторингу результативності економічного потенціалу за цілями та групами показників. Представлений методичний підхід до визначення узагальнюючого показника складових економічного потенціалу підприємства можна застосовувати для підприємств не залежно від виду їх економічної діяльності.

STUDY OF THE LEVEL OF DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMIC POTENTIAL OF ENTERPRISE
Summary
The article explores the problem for the modern economy - the study of the level of development of the economic potential of the enterprise in order to increase its profitability.
The result of the study is to determine a generic indicator of the components of the economic potential of the enterprise, which allows to reveal the existing and hidden reserves of its formation and use, to determine the quantitative and qualitative composition of resources, as well as to identify ways for the further development of the enterprise.
The methodical approach of determining the general index of the level of development of economic potential of the enterprise, which depends on the production, financial, labor, information and innovation potentials, indicators of which are different efficiency parameters, defined in the mechanism of economic potential assessment is offered. When choosing a methodological approach, the features of economic potential assessment were taken into account.
The selected list of groups of indicators can be modified or revised depending on the specifics of the enterprise under study, the goals of the researchers and the purpose of the assessment. Systematization of different indicators allows you to clearly see the development of one or another aspect of the enterprise and to track the dynamics of changes of each group of indicators separately.
The study of the level of development of the economic potential of the enterprise was conducted according to the method of analytical hierarchies of Thomas Saati, which involves the involvement of a special group of experts, who expressed their opinion on the indicators of each of the components of the potential.
Also, the matrix method of estimation of economic potential is applied, within the matrix three variants of estimation of economic potential of the enterprise are considered: "low level", "sufficient level", "high level".
We calculated the total economic potential of the enterprise using the Verhulst Equation.
The developed methodological approach to assessing the economic potential of the enterprise provides a systematic process of control, monitoring the performance of economic potential by goals and groups of indicators.
The presented methodical approach to determining the general indicator of the components of the economic potential of the enterprise can be applied to enterprises, regardless of the type of their economic activity.
