ТЕХНІЧНА СКЛАДОВА КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ХІМІЧНОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ

Анотація

Досліджено підходи щодо виділення окремих складових елементів конкурентоспроможності підприємств. Наголошено, що в умовах сучасного виробництва особливої значимості набуває технічна складова. За результатами проведеного аналізу, знос основних засобів хімічної промисловості в цілому є нижчим за знос основних засобів промисловості, а темпи їх оновлення стабільно перевищують темпи оновлення основних засобів промисловості та України в цілому. Однак, оцінка динаміки стану, руху та ефективності використання основних засобів хімічної промисловості довела нерівномірний характер відтворювального процесу у окремих секторах хімічної промисловості. Так використання прибутку у якості власного джерела фінансування відтворювального процесу є можливим лише для сектору фармацевтичних продуктів і фармацевтичних препаратів. Наголошено, що критерій оцінки потенціалу хімічних підприємств щодо забезпечення або підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності повинен містити не тільки фінансово-економічну, а й технічну складову. Запропонована методика, яка уможливлює таку оцінку. Методика апробована для оцінки потенціалу забезпечення конкурентних переваг провідного хімічного підприємства.

TECHNICAL COMPONENT OF COMPETITIVENESS OF ENTERPRISES OF CHEMICAL INDUSTRY

Summary

Approaches to the selection of individual components of the competitiveness of enterprises, which are presented in the economic literature, are investigated. All factors of formation of competitiveness of chemical industry enterprises are proposed to be grouped into three blocks: production, production and resource potential, financial status. It is emphasized that each factor requires a separate study. In terms of modern hardware production, the technical component becomes especially important. According to the results of the analysis, a considerable amount of fixed assets is on the balance sheet of chemical industry enterprises. On the plus side, the deterioration of the fixed assets of the chemical industry is lower than the deterioration of the fixed assets of the industry and Ukraine as a whole, and the pace of their renewal is steadily higher than the rate of renewal of the fixed assets of the industry and Ukraine as a whole. An analysis of the dynamics, condition, movement, and efficiency of the use of fixed assets of the chemical industry has revealed the uneven nature of the reproduction process in individual sectors of the chemical industry. Thus, the fixed assets involved in the production of chemicals and chemical products have the highest levels of wear and, consequently, low rates of renewal. The lowest level of depreciation of fixed assets is observed in the sector of basic pharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals. At the same time, the main factor that caused its dynamics were the pace of renewal. Addressing the needs of the reproduction process requires the involvement of significant financial resources, first and foremost, of our own. However, the annual amount of depreciation is negligible and is about six percent of the original cost of the fixed assets of the industry. The use of profit as its own source of financing for the reproduction process is only possible for the pharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals sector, and the production of chemicals and chemicals remains consistently unprofitable. It is emphasized that the criterion for assessing the potential of chemical enterprises to ensure or enhance the level of competitiveness should include not only financial and economic, but also technical component. A technique is proposed that enables such an assessment. The methodology has been tested to evaluate the potential to provide the competitive advantage of a leading chemical enterprise.
