КАПІТАЛ ПРОМИСЛОВОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА В ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННІ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ
Анотація
Сучасні ринкові відносини, в яких здійснюють діяльність промислові підприємства потребують проведення ретельного менеджменту як способу не тільки виживання, але й подальшого їх розвитку. Промислові підприємства в сьогоденній економічній площині здебільшого націлений на утримання позицій на ринку. Ретельний аналіз внутрішнього і зовнішнього середовища, в якому здійснює діяльність промислове підприємство, може дозволити управлінцям виявити резерви розвиту з метою забезпечення його конкурентоспроможності. Одним із таких напрямів є дослідження капіталу промислового підприємства з метою розробки стратегії забезпечення конкурентоспроможності. Для реалізації такої мети в статті досліджено сутність, роль капіталу промислового підприємства в забезпеченні конкурентоспроможності. Окрім того, проведено аналіз конкурентного середовища з використанням засад експертного оцінювання, що дозволило провести оцінювання конкурентоспроможності конкретного промислового підприємства.

CAPITAL OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE IN ENSURING COMPETITIVENESS
Summary
Modern market relations, in which industrial enterprises operate, require careful management as a way not only of survival but also of their further development. Industrial enterprises in today's economic plane are mostly aimed at maintaining market positions. Careful analysis of the internal and external environment in which an industrial enterprise operates may allow managers to identify developed reserves in order to ensure its competitiveness. It is possible to accelerate the process of overcoming a difficult situation with the help of management that meets modern conditions, is based on the achievements of science and takes into account the peculiarities of the practice of enterprises of different sectors of the economy. That is why the problem of capital management becomes especially relevant at the present stage of development of Ukraine's economy. Management of capital use is a system of principles and methods of development and implementation of management decisions related to ensuring its effective application in various activities of the enterprise and, above all, ensuring competitiveness. management decisions. To achieve this goal, the article examines the essence, the role of capital of an industrial enterprise in ensuring competitiveness. In addition, an analysis of the competitive environment using the principles of expert evaluation, which allowed to assess the competitiveness of a particular industrial enterprise. During the analysis, a variety of material was accumulated, on the basis of which hypotheses were put forward to solve the existing problem of competitiveness. Ways to solve the problem of competitiveness are proposed based on the use of the developed algorithm for solving the strategic problem of competitiveness. The enterprise, the activity of which will be analyzed, needs to determine the forecast values of growth rates of activity and profit margin. The construction of the forecast will allow to coordinate management decisions to ensure the competitiveness of the enterprise.
