МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ТЕОРЕТИЧНОГО БАЗИСУ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ УПРАВЛІННЯ СТРАТЕГІЧНОЮ СТІЙКІСТЮ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
Актуальна потреба забезпечення безпеки та безперервності господарської діяльності, що визначається положеннями ISO 22301, потребує вироблення належних методів управління стійкістю роботи підприємства. Гіпотеза дослідження полягає у відокремленні понять, а відповідно й методів управління, поточної та стратегічної стійкістю. Теоретичний базис організації управління стратегічною стійкістю підприємства представлено за допомогою семантичної моделі предметної області дослідження. Така семантична модель побудована у вигляді графу, вершини якого відповідають базовим теоретичним концептам дослідження та визначають систему авторських гіпотез щодо управління стратегічною стійкістю підприємства. В рамках кожної вершини семантичного графу виокремлено сукупність понять предметної області, зв’язки між якими формують карту проблем підтримки стратегічної стійкості підприємства. Зв’язки між базовими поняттями, що представлені як дуги семантичного графу, визначили сукупність теоретичних (концептуальних) положень з організації управління стратегічною стійкістю. Організація управління зведена до визначення структури механізму управління стратегічною стійкістю, встановлення його зв’язків з механізмом управління підприємством в цілому та визначенням напрямків реалізації керівних впливів.

MODELING THE THEORETICAL BASIS FOR AN ENTERPRISE’S STRATEGIC STABILITY MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION
Summary
The article is devoted to highlighting the peculiarities of supporting the strategic sustainability of an industrial enterprise. Nowadays, we have an urgent need to ensure the security and continuity of an enterprise’s economic activity. This need is proved by ISO 22301. It also requires the development of appropriate methods of managing enterprise sustainability. The purpose of the article was to develop a theoretical basis for the organization of strategic sustainability management of the enterprise, focused on linking the components of the concept of strategic sustainability with the tools and directions of its achievement. The idea to separate the concepts of current and strategic enterprise sustainability, with the appropriate separation of management methods, has been used as a hypothesis of this research. The semantic model of the researches’ subject area has been used as the theoretical basis for strategic stability management organizing. The offered semantic model has been constructed in the form of a graph whose vertices correspond to the basic theoretical concepts of the research and determines the system of the author's hypotheses for managing the strategic stability of the enterprise. The business process architecture, the potential for counteraction to threats, level of environmental impact, innovative capabilities of the enterprise were considered as graphs of the semantic model. Within each vertex of the semantic graph, a set of domain concepts has been identified. The links between the proposed concepts form the problems' map for maintaining the strategic stability of the enterprise. The connections between the basic concepts, represented as arcs of the semantic graph, determine the set of theoretical (conceptual) provisions for the organization of strategic stability management. The organizing of the sustainability management has been traced to defining the structure of the strategic stability management mechanism, to establishing relations of this mechanism and enterprise management mechanism, and to identifying the directions of realization of managerial influences.
