АНАЛІЗ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ ТА ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ ЗОВНІШНЬОЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ВІТЧИЗНЯНИМИ ТА ЗАРУБІЖНИМИ ФАРМАЦЕВТИЧНИМИ КОМПАНІЯМИ ШЛЯХОМ ОЦІНКИ ФІНАНСОВОЇ СТІЙКОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто стан та основні тенденції розвитку світового фармацевтичного ринку, а також виділено підприємства – лідери галузі. У роботі зазначено особливості та складнощі щодо ведення фармацевтичного бізнесу та важливість аспекту ефективності здійснення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємствами, що є фактором конкурентоспроможності компаній на глобальному ринку. Більш детально авторами було досліджено фінансовий стан та перспективи розвитку вітчизняних фармацевтичних підприємств з наданням рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності їх функціонування в умовах посилення глобалізаційних процесів у світі. При оцінці стану та тенденцій розвитку вітчизняних фармацевтичних підприємств, на прикладі підприємства АТ «Фармак», було проведено порівняльний аналіз його діяльності зі світовим лідером галузі, компанією Johnson & Johnson. Зазначено основні причини низьких конкурентних позицій підприємств вітчизняної фармацевтичної індустрії.

ANALYSIS OF EFFICIENCY OF FUNCTIONING AND FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES OF DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES BY ASSESSING THE FINANCIAL STABILITY OF ENTERPRISES
Summary
The state and main tendencies of development of the world pharmaceutical market are considered in the article. The rating of the companies that are leaders in the pharmaceutical market with statistical justification is presented in the work. Some patterns of distribution of the largest pharmaceutical companies and their affiliation with highly developed countries are described, which is explained by favorable economic, socio-cultural, financial, credit, political and other conditions. The complexities of conducting pharmaceutical business and the importance of the foreign economic activities of enterprises are explained, which is a factor of competitiveness of companies in the global market. The importance of developing a research base for pharmaceutical companies is raised in the article. The details of the financial status and development prospects of the domestic pharmaceutical enterprises have been investigated by the authors. The recommendations for increasing their efficiency in the conditions of increasing globalization processes in the world are provided in the article. The importance of a favorable investment climate in the countries was outlined by the authors. Also, the significance of a favorable investment climate for business in Ukraine is described. The state and trends of development of domestic pharmaceutical enterprises on the example of the company "Pharmak" are assessed. Comparative analysis of the activities of "Pharmak" company and the world leader in the industry (Johnson & Johnson company) is presented by the authors. The question of the share ratio of equity and attracted capital for the most efficient functioning of the enterprises of the branch is outlined. The main reasons for the low competitive position of the domestic pharmaceutical enterprises in comparison with the financial indicators of the functioning of foreign pharmaceutical enterprises are stated in the article. The comparative analysis was carried out by the authors in accordance to the general methodology for assessing the financial stability of enterprises, which was presented in the article with calculations.
