УКРАЇНСЬКІ МІГРАНТИ В ЧЕХІЇ ТА СЛОВАЧЧИНІ: АНАЛІЗ ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО, ПОЛІТИКО-ПРАВОВОГО, СОЦІАЛЬНОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА ПРИЙМАЮЧИХ КРАЇН

Анотація

В статті проаналізовано міграційні процеси з України до Чеської та Словацької республік. Зосереджено увагу саме на особливості української міграції з визначенням особливостей та характеру, а також ставлення та роль української міграції до даних країн. А саме: розглянуто основні показники, що відображають динаміку виданих дозволів на тимчасове перебування та постійне проживання. Проаналізовано соціально-економічне становище Чеської та Словацької Республік, яке слугує фактором «притягування» українських мігрантів. Визначено порядок працевлаштування та особливості перебування українських мігрантів у приймаючих країнах. Більш детальніший аналіз статистичних даних цих країн дозволить зрозуміти та визначити основні проблеми пов’язані з трудовою міграцією та її тенденції, а також виокремити потреби саме української міграції серед усіх іноземних мігрантів у приймаючих країнах.

UKRAINIAN MIGRANTS IN THE CZECH AND SLOVAKIA REPUBLICS: ANALYSIS OF THE ECONOMIC, POLITICAL, LEGAL, SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE HOSTING COUNTRIES

Summary

Much attention is paid to migration issues in the modern world. In the current situation. When the whole world is suffering from a devastating coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), and as a result of its occurrence, it is of particular concern that the large migration flow and the return of migrants to Ukraine are of concern. Without accurate data on the number of returned Ukrainian citizens, we can still assume that the number of returned migrants is large enough. This phenomenon causes an imbalance in the functioning of the employment system and the national labor market, as well as an increase in the unemployment rate. Growing migration processes of population in Ukraine is reaching a large scale, especially with regard to working-age persons. The phenomenon will cause the misbalance in functioning of employment system and national labour market. However, a large number of persons remained abroad and a more in-depth analysis of the statistical services, in particular the Czech and Slovak Republics, will allow analyzing the economic, political, legal, social environment of these countries and the number of Ukrainian migrants in them. The article analyzes migration processes from Ukraine to the Czech and Slovak Republics. Namely: the basic indicators reflecting the dynamics of issued permits for temporary residence and permanent residence are considered. The socio-economic situation of the Czech and Slovak Republics, which serves as a factor of attraction of Ukrainian migrants, is analyzed. The order of employment and the peculiarities of stay in the host countries are determined. A more detailed analysis of the statistics of these countries will help to understand and identify the main problems related to labor migration and its trends, as well as to determine the legal status of Ukrainian migration in host countries. The migration attitudes of the Czech and Slovak republics are analyzed. In particular: the attitude towards migration from Ukraine and labor migrant workers is determined; features and status of Ukrainian migrants among all foreigners in these countries; the political and legal environment of the host countries has been analyzed and the procedure, rights and conditions of stay of Ukrainian migrants in these countries have been determined.
