АКТИВІЗАЦІЯ ПАТЕНТНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ЯК НАПРЯМ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ЕКОНОМІКИ

Анотація

Статтю присвячено дослідженню формуванню інтелектуального капіталу та інноваційного розвитку економіки. Визначено як інновації впливають на зайнятість населення в залежності від професіоналізму, статі, ступеню зайнятості робітників. Досліджено роль трансформації методів управління впровадженням інновацій у виробництві медичного обладнання за допомогою набора статистичних методів. Проаналізовано вплив контролю над інновації в умовах функціонування франчайзингової схеми. В результаті дослідження доведено, що впровадження інновацій в менеджменті підприємства є набагато прибутковішими, ніж використання наукових досліджень на виробництва. Обґрунтовано необхідність впровадження інновацій в умовах функціонування глобальної економіки як шляху вирішення проблеми обмеження ресурсів на планеті. Проаналізовано розподіл заявок на патенти в залежності від технологій для топ 10 країн, то можна визначити пріоритетні для провідних країн напрями реалізації інтелектуального капіталу у розрізі загальносвітової частки поданих заявок. Це сприятиме інноваційному розвитку економіки України на основі наявного в країні інтелектуального капіталу.

ACTIVATION OF PATENT ACTIVITY AS A DIRECTION OF INCREASING INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ECONOMY

Summary

The main factor of economic growth is the efficient use of intellectual capital of the country, the results of which are research and development and introduced the latest technology From the degree of introduction of advanced solutions depends on the amount of money that consumers pay for the goods and determination of companies operating in the market. The basis of the decision on further cooperation and organization of global value chains is: the decision about the location of different industries, business objectives, history of partnerships, forms of intellectual capital management.
Innovation is growing rapidly in other regions of the world that is reflected in the change in the structure of patent applications from countries and regions of the world. Therefore, the main objectives of the research is the analysis of innovation in the world and in Ukraine, to identify each country's share in the total number of patent applications and their distribution among residents and nonresidents of the countries and to determine the impact of innovative activity on macroeconomic indicators, namely GDP, in countries and the equation of this trend with the trend of Ukraine on the basis of which recommendations on the development of intellectual capital in Ukraine.
Based on the analysis of the distribution of patent applications depending on technologies for top 10 countries identified priority for leading countries in the areas of implementation of intellectual capital in the context of the global share of applications filed. The study proved that the introduction of innovations in management of the enterprise is much more profitable than the use of scientific research for production. The necessity of introduction of innovations in conditions of global economy as solutions to the problem of limiting resources on the planet.
Generation innovation leads to investments in investment funds in the development of the economies of the world. GDP of Ukraine has no connection with the development of innovation in the country, which is a consequence of the raw material orientation of the state economy and other factors mainly of a political nature. Therefore, the value of the work lies in the restructuring of the national economy with the global trend, which will promote the innovative development of Ukraine.
