ЦИРКУЛЯРНА ЕКОНОМІКА ЯК НЕВІД’ЄМНИЙ ШЛЯХ УКРАЇНСЬКОГО МАЙБУТНЬОГО В АСПЕКТІ ГЛОБАЛІЗАЦІЇ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена актуальній темі на теперішній час – запровадження циркулярної економіки в економіку країни. Тобто перехід від звичайної моделі лінійної економіки до кругової. В статті розкрито загальне поняття циркулярної економіки, подано історичний шлях його виникнення.
Автори розглядають проблеми та головні аспекти застосування циркулярної економіки в різних країнах світу.
В статті підіймаються такі важливі питання як: перехід до ЦЕ на рівні держави; що очікує Європу і може очікувати нас при переході до циркулярної економіки; що може стати на заваді впровадження циркулярної економіки в Україні та план розвитку до 2030 року.
Крім того, в статті автори демонструють охват досліджень науковців різних країн за тематикою циркулярної економіки. У статті автори також наглядно презентують успішні приклади запровадження принципів циркулярної економіки у виробничі процеси відомих світових брендів.
Що стосується запровадження циркулярної економіки в Україні, то в статті чітко сформульовані основні передумови переходу до циркулярної економіки, серед яких: Ресурсні проблеми - нерівномірний розподіл і споживання, нераціональне використання, відчутне зниження запасів ресурсів; Проблема забруднення навколишнього середовища – накопичення мусору в містах, екологічні проблеми, проблеми зміни клімату;
Серед проблем, що можуть гальмувати перехід саме України до циркулярної економіки виділено: Дороге транспортування сировини для повторної переробки та Якість доріг
Також в статті представлено бізнес-моделі циркулярної економіки та подано деякі коментарі щодо їх застосування.
Серед основних висновків які зазначені у статті можна відзначити що шляхом розробки та подальшого впровадження інноваційних бізнес-моделей можна буде гарантувати, що технічні та біологічні матеріали продовжать активно «брати участь» у економіці, і цінні запаси та природні ресурси будуть збережені.
Існує ще багато питань які потребують детальних досліджень та практичного впровадження як на рівні держави так й на рівні бізнесу. Тому шлях до еко майбутнього залишається актуальним та відкритим в аспекті розвитку України. З боку держави вже є перші кроки та план до 2030 року як знизити рівень сміття, підняти рівень обізнаності громадян та підприємств в аспекті переходу до зеленої економіки.
Ця стаття має оглядовий характер, вона допоможе ознайомитися з ЦЕ та побачити реальне становище в аспекті розвитку України.

CIRCULAR ECONOMY AS AN INTEGRAL WAY OF UKRAINE’S FUTURE IN THE ASPECT OF GLOBALIZATION
Summary
The article is dedicated to the current topic - introduction of circular economy into the economy of the country. That is, the transition from a conventional linear economy model to a circular one. In the article the general concept of circular economy is revealed, the historical way of its origin is presented.
The authors discuss the problems and major aspects of circular economy use in different countries of the world.
The article raises such important issues as: transition to CE at the state level; what awaits Europe and can expect us in the transition to a circular economy; which may hinder the introduction of the circular economy in Ukraine and a development plan for 2030.
In addition, in the article, the authors demonstrate the scope of studies of scientists from different countries on the topic of circular economy. In the article, the authors also vividly present successful examples of the introduction of circular economy principles into the production processes of well-known global brands.
With regard to the introduction of the circular economy in Ukraine, the article clearly outlines the basic prerequisites for the transition to the circular economy, including: Resource problems - uneven distribution and consumption, irrational use, significant reduction of resources; The problem of environmental pollution is the accumulation of debris in cities, environmental problems, climate change problems;
Among the problems that may hinder Ukraine's transition to a circular economy are the following: Expensive transportation of raw materials for recycling and Quality of roads
The article also presents the business models of the circular economy and provides some comments on their application.
One of the main conclusions of the article is that by developing and further implementing innovative business models, it will be ensured that technical and biological materials will continue to be "actively involved" in the economy and that valuable stocks and natural resources will be preserved.
There are still many issues that need detailed research and practical implementation at both the state and business levels. Therefore, the path to the eco future remains relevant and open in the aspect of Ukraine's development. The state already has the first steps and a plan for 2030 how to reduce the level of garbage, raise the level of awareness of citizens and enterprises in the aspect of transition to green economy.
This article is of an overview nature, it will help to get acquainted with it and to see the real situation in the aspect of development of Ukraine.
This article reflects the general meaning of what a circular economy is and where it came from. It raises such important questions as: What is the overall situation around the world since the introduction of CE in some countries of the world, the complexity of the green economy in Ukraine, the business model of the circular economy, how to apply the transition to CE at the national level, examples of global brands already have begun to abandon the linear production that awaits Europe and can expect us in the transition to a circular economy, which could hinder the introduction of the circular economy in Ukraine and a development plan for 2030. This article is more comprehensive, it will help to get acquainted with it and to see the real situation in the aspect of development of Ukraine.
