ДО АКСІОМАТИКИ ТЕОРІЇ СИНЕРГЕТИЧНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ СОЦІАЛЬНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНИМИ СИСТЕМАМИ

Анотація

В даній роботі вперше викладено результати формування на ґрунті технологій управління знаннями аксіоматики теорії синергетичного управління соціально-економічними системами, строга розробка якої знаходиться на початковому етапі. Створювана аксіоматика вміщує в собі поняття, тип відносин між ними, та характеристики окремих зразків реалізації синергетичного управління. Серед понять першочерговим виведено поняття соціального простору як ансамблю соціально-економічних позицій, особливості та зміст яких обумовлені історично сформованим суспільним поділом праці. Головним компонентом соціального простору є соціальні поля, а відносини між ними створюють його каркас, кістяк. Серед останніх знаходиться економічне поле або економічний простір, який можна визначати як ансамбль соціальних позицій, на яких діють і взаємодіють господарюючі суб'єкти, виробляючи і відтворюючи різноманітні продукти і послуги. Згадані процеси дій та взаємодій допускають опис добре формалізованою мовою диференціальних рівнянь або їх систем. Це дозволяє вивчати всілякі саморганізаційні процеси. Множину всіляких станів в них називають фазовим простором, в якому виокремлюють окремі точки (зображаючі), лінії (фазові траєкторії) та фазові поверхні або портрети (що утворені множинами фазових траєкторій). Серед траєкторій особливої уваги заслуговують так звані атрактори (ті, що притягують до себе інші фазові траєкторії). Вони є доказом існування синергізму в аналізованому просторі будь-якої природи. Для забезпечення теоретичного розгляду таких процесів сформовано певний ряд аксіом, серед яких важливе місце належить аксіоматичному ряду «нелінійність – відкритість – когерентність».

TO THE AXIOMATICS OF THE THEORY OF SYNERGETIC MANAGEMENT OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

Summary

The paper is devoted to the formation of the basis of any science called axiomatics and is a set of certain starting points adopted without proof (intuitively), which will be used in the future to prove the truth of other provisions of the theory, which, in fact, are logical consequences of axioms. To form the axiomatics of the theory of synergetic management of socio-economic systems, the so-called ontological model of knowledge description is used, which experts define as a specification of the subject area or its formal representation (conceptualization). In this paper, the ontology of synergetic management of socio-economic systems is presented in the form of an intelligence map, which defines the content, place and structure of the created axiomatics. The latter contains the concept, the type of relationship between them, and the characteristics of individual models of synergetic management. Among the concepts, the concept of social space as an ensemble of socio-economic positions, the features and content of which are due to the historically formed social division of labor, is given priority. The main component of social space is the social field, and the relationship between them creates its framework, the backbone. Among the latter is the economic field or economic space, which can be defined as an ensemble of social positions in which economic entities operate and interact, producing and reproducing a variety of products and services. The mentioned processes of actions and interactions allow the description in differential language of differential equations or their systems. This allows us to study all sorts of evolutionary processes that have the properties of determinism, finite dimensionality and differentiation. The set of various states of the process is called the phase space, in which individual points (images), lines (phase trajectories) and phase portraits (formed by sets of phase trajectories) are distinguished. Among the trajectories are the so-called attractors (those that attract other phase trajectories), which are evidence of the existence of synergism in the analyzed space of any nature. To ensure the theoretical consideration of such processes, a number of axioms have been formed, among which an important place belongs to the axiomatic series "nonlinearity - openness - coherence".
