ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНИЙ КАПІТАЛ ЯК СКЛАДОВА ЛЮДСЬКИХ РЕСУРСІВ В ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННІ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ МОРСЬКИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ
Анотація
Визначено головні економічні процеси, які притаманні сучасному суспільству та відбуваються під впливом людських ресурсів. Наголошено, що високі темпи розвитку технологій та техніки в інформаційному просторі значно змінюють ринкову кон'юнктуру. Наслідком цих трансформаційних процесів є постійні корективи, що вносяться в умови формування інвестиційного забезпечення розвитку морських підприємств. Зазначено, що ефективність сучасного виробництва визначається якісним станом його людських ресурсів, до складу яких входить інтелектуальний капітал, що значно впливає на інноваційну діяльність морського підприємства. Представлено інтелектуальний капітал як арифметична сума його складових. Установлено, що головний фактор у досягненні бізнес-успіху та перемоги в конкурентній боротьбі у тактичній перспективі і у стратегічній перспективі – це створення й ефективне використання високоякісного потенціалу людських ресурсів.

INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL AS A COMPONENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN ENSURING THE INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES OF MARITIME ENTERPRISES
Summary
Models of intellectual capital are investigated; it is offered to consider intellectual investments at formation of investment strategy of the sea enterprise. The prospects of world economic processes are determined and it is emphasized that in modern society with high rates of development of equipment, technologies and information space the market situation changes significantly, as a result – transformational processes in the state economy make constant adjustments to the development strategy maritime enterprises and its investment support. It is generalized that the issues of experience gained in recent years to accelerate investment activities through the fullest and most efficient use of available intellectual capital of the maritime enterprise are timely and relevant. Human capital is considered as the competence and ability of the company's staff. Intellectual capital is presented in the form of the arithmetic sum of its elements. It is stated that intellectual capital is an asset that is imaginary knowledge, i.e. not inseparable from the human resources of maritime enterprises, and knowledge embodied in the results of mental activity. It is noted that due to the complexity of the elements of intellectual capital, it is necessary to take into account their interaction with each other, as well as the unequal role in shaping the value of the enterprise. It is noted that the highest limit of efficiency of modern production is determined mainly by the quality of human resources used: the amount of accumulated general theoretical knowledge, his professional level, the introduction of innovative technologies, updating the product range, achieving a certain level of economic security and competitiveness. It is established that at the present stage of creation and effective use of high-quality potential of the personnel is one of the main factors for achievement of business success and a victory in competition both in tactical, and in strategic prospects. Therefore, the system of forming the investment strategy of the maritime enterprise must be carried out with due regard to the policy of formation of intellectual investment.
