ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ ВПЛИВ ТРУДОВОЇ МІГРАЦІЇ НА ЕКОНОМІКУ УКРАЇНИ

Анотація

У статті розглянуто взаємозалежність трудової міграція населення України з її економічним розвитком. Визначено фактори, які привели к стимулюванню розвитку міграційних процесів на території України. На основі дослідження вітчизняних вчених-економістів та статистичних матеріалів, було досліджено вплив трудової міграції на економічний розвиток країни, а також розглянуто позитивні та негативні наслідки від відтоку праце спроможного населення з країни. Проаналізовано кількість вітчизняних заробітчан у розрізі 10 років та досліджено їх зміни. Було розглянуто з якого періоду спостерігався значне збільшення трудової міграції. Розглянуто, що грошові перекази позитивно відображалися на валютному курсі країни та збільшувало платоспроможність певних категорій громадян, що стимулювало до зростання вітчизняний ринок товарів та послуг.

ECONOMIC IMPACT OF LABOR MIGRATION ON THE ECONOMY OF UKRAINE

Summary

The article considers the interdependence of labor migration of the population of Ukraine with its economic development. The factors that led to the stimulation of the development of migration processes on the territory of Ukraine are determined. Based on the study of domestic economists and statistical materials, the impact of labor migration on the economic development of the country was studied, as well as the positive and negative consequences of the outflow of able-bodied people from the country. The number of domestic workers in the context of 10 years is analyzed and their changes are investigated. It was considered from which period there was a significant increase in labor migration. It is considered that remittances had a positive effect on the country's exchange rate and increased the solvency of certain categories of citizens, which stimulated the growth of the domestic market of goods and services.
Due to the growth of labor migration from Ukraine, its labor and innovation potential decreases, which has a negative impact on the country's development in the medium and long term. It is noted that in Ukraine enterprises are experiencing a shortage of staff, because representatives of working specialties are already working outside the country, graduates of higher education institutions already during the courses begin to undergo programs that give them the opportunity to move to Western European educational institutions with further employment prospects. this country. As a result of the large outflow of labor, there is a rapid increase in wages for workers, while highly qualified personnel experience a decrease in wages, because in the market there is high competition, which transforms into public dissatisfaction and leads to labor migration.
For the Ukraine, the increase in labor migrants had its positive sides. Firstly, it should be noted that social tensions in society decreased and the positive effects of European integration could be demonstrated, and secondly, a significant amount of money was spent in Ukraine, which increased the demand for goods and services. It should be noted that this also has negative consequences, as the country becomes dependent on the transfer of funds from migrant workers.
