ІНСТРУМЕНТИ ФОРМУВАННЯ МЕХАНІЗМУ ЕКОЛОГІЧНОГО МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ В СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ

Анотація

У статті проаналізовано теоретичні основи формування екологічного менеджменту, проведено аналіз системи екологічного менеджменту та її ролі в системі менеджменту підприємства. Уточнено поняття «екологічний менеджмент» із позицій його ролі в економічній діяльності підприємства, дано характеристику й описано механізм взаємодії підсистем системи екологічного менеджменту на підприємстві. Показано, що в умовах сучасного розвитку України намітилася тенденція масового зміщення акцентів у бік екологізації бізнесу та екологічного позиціювання товарів та послуг. Це підтверджується появою екологічних програм, що реалізуються провідними компаніями і передбачають еко-модернізацію виробництва, встановлення еко-обладнання, випуск еко-продукції тощо. Розглянуто аспекти розвитку системи екологічного менеджменту в економіці. Підкреслено значення системи екологічного менеджменту, як важливого і універсального інструменту для підвищення конкурентоспроможності, як на рівні підприємства, галузі, так і, в цілому, економіки країни.

TOOLS FOR THE FORMATION MECHANISM OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Summary

The theoretical bases of formation of ecological management are analyzed in the article, еcological management system and its role in the enterprise management system are analyzed. Concept of «ecological management» is clarified from the position of its role in the economic activity of the enterprise, interaction mechanism between the subsystems of ecological management systems at the enterprise are characterized and described. It is shown that in the conditions of modern development of Ukraine there has been a tendency of mass shift of accents towards greening of business and ecological positioning of goods and services. This is confirmed by the emergence of environmental programs implemented by leading companies and include eco-modernization of production, installation of eco-equipment, production of eco-products and more. The aspects of development of the environmental management system in the economy are considered. The importance of the environmental management system as an important and universal tool for increasing competitiveness, both at the level of the enterprise, the industry, and, in general, the economies of individual countries is underlined. An important condition for the effective functioning of the enterprise and the basis for its stable development in a competitive environment is to ensure a high level of its efficiency. According to the UN office in Ukraine is deteriorating environmental situation, because one of the main challenges for the next decade is sustainable development, which contains the solution of a number of environmental problems considering economic effective. The analysis of modern methods enterprises’ negative influence on environment, of different countries’ experience on the “ecologization” of enterprises shows that the most efficient is management approach for realization of stable improvement principles, i.e. implementation of environmental management system (EMS), which bases on the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 standard. Main characteristics of the system of enterprise’s ecological management are separated. The priority directions to develop the ecological management in Ukraine are Determined.For now, the tasks of implementation and further improvement of the EMS system enterprises, aren't worked out, so the topic is quite current.
