МЕТОДОЛОГІЯ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ТА ПРОЕКТУВАННЯ БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСІВ

Анотація

У статті комплексно розглянуто методологічні підходи до організації та проектування бізнес-процесів сучасного підприємства. Бізнес-процес представлено як набір функцій, які перетворять вхідні дані процесу у вихідні, використовуючи при тому певні ресурси. Особливістю методології функціонального моделювання є чітке розмежування між функціями, які обробляють дані, і самими даними. Бізнес-функцію визначено як особливий вид роботи (дій, операцій), яка виконується над продуктами і послугами в ході їх руху в бізнес-процесі. Проаналізовано основні області застосування BPM: удосконалення бізнес-процесів, управління та безперервна оптимізація. Визначено, що ARIS, UML і стандарти сімейства IDEF є методологіями, які найбільше використовуються при моделювання бізнес-процесів. Виділені переваги та недоліки використання структурних, об’єктно-орієнтованих та інтегрованих методів. Проаналізовано статичну і просту модель процесу проектування бізнес-процесів. Надані рекомендації щодо вибору підходу до моделювання бізнес-процесів, що значною мірою залежить від таких факторів, як ступінь динамічності структури підприємства, ступінь стійкості процесів, цілі моделювання і т.п.

METHODOLOGY OF ORGANIZATION AND DESIGN OF BUSINESS PROCESSES

Summary

The article comprehensively considers methodological approaches to the organization and design of business processes of a modern enterprise, identifies their essence and features of application. Business processes are defined as a set of interconnected and interacting activities or tasks aimed at creating a specific product or service that is of value to consumers; as a set of functions that convert the input data of the process into the output, using certain resources. A business process is presented as a set of functions that will convert the input data of the process into the output data, using certain resources. It is proved that the business process is a unique tool for analyzing the effectiveness of the enterprise, identifying bottlenecks and weaknesses in the operation and optimization of the process.
A feature of the functional modeling methodology is a clear distinction between the functions that process data and the data itself. A business function is defined as a special type of work (actions, operations) that is performed on products and services during their movement in the business process. The main areas of application of BPM are analyzed: business process improvement, management and continuous optimization. ARIS, UML, and IDEF family standards have been identified as the most widely used methodologies in business process modeling. The advantages and disadvantages of using structural, object-oriented and integrated methods are highlighted. A static and simple model of the business process design process is analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of approaches to the creation and design of basic business process models are analyzed: object-oriented and functional.
Recommendations are given for the choice of approach to business process modeling, which largely depends on such factors as the degree of dynamism of the enterprise structure, the degree of stability of processes, the purpose of modeling, etc. It is proved that in practice it is expedient to combine all considered approaches, to combine advantages of this or that approach which is applied to the decision of strategic problems in each concrete situation.
