НАПРЯМИ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ПРОЦЕСНОГО ПІДХОДУ В РОЗВИТКУ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНОЇ АРХІТЕКТУРИ ТОРГОВЕЛЬНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ
Анотація
Метою статті є розробка та обгрунтування напрямів підвищення ефективності процесного підходу в розвитку організаційної архітектури торговельного підприємства.
В процесі дослідження використовувались: загальнонаукові методи, зокрема: методи теоретичного узагальнення – для визначення найбільш дієвих та ефективних напрямів підвищення ефективності процесного підходу в розвитку організаційної архітектури торговельного підприємства; системний підхід – для обґрунтування та формування авторської концепції процесної організаційної архітектури торговельного підприємства.
Обґрунтовано основні найбільш дієві та ефективні напрями удосконалення організаційної архітектури торговельних підприємств, а також шляхи підвищення ефективності процесного підходу в розвитку організаційної архітектури торговельних підприємств.
Наукова новизна полягає у визначенні основних напрямів удосконалення організаційної архітектури торговельних підприємств, розробці авторської концепції процесної організаційної архітектури торговельного підприємства.
Отримані результати дослідження можуть бути спрямовані на підвищення ефективності процесного підходу в розвитку організаційної архітектури торговельного підприємства для забезпечення високого рівня його конкуреноспроможності та ефективності.

DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE PROCESS APPROACH IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL ARCHITECTURE OF TRADE ENTERPRISES
Summary
The purpose of the article is to develop and substantiate areas for improving the efficiency of the process approach in the development of organizational architecture of a commercial enterprise. The process approach completely changes the paradigm of modern enterprise management by offering a holistic, universal and scalable solution that can create a long-term competitive advantage for companies in today's world. The transition to process management, development and implementation of a value proposition for the client, which requires, among other things, innovative solutions in the field of products, technologies, information support and support, lead to a significant increase in the project activities of any company. In addition, each organization will soon be forced to develop a plan of anti-crisis measures, which, of course, will be subject to operational change, given the high uncertainty of the "crown crisis" and their development in the short and medium term.
In the process of research were used: general scientific methods, in particular: methods of theoretical generalization - to determine the most effective and efficient ways to improve the efficiency of the process approach in the development of organizational architecture of a commercial enterprise; system approach - to substantiate and form the author's concept of process organizational architecture of a commercial enterprise.
The main most effective and efficient directions of improvement of organizational architecture of trade enterprises, and also ways of increase of efficiency of process approach in development of organizational architecture of trade enterprises are substantiated.
The scientific novelty is to determine the main directions of improving the organizational architecture of commercial enterprises, the development of the author's concept of process organizational architecture of a commercial enterprise.
The results of the study can be aimed at improving the efficiency of the process approach in the development of organizational architecture of a commercial enterprise to ensure a high level of its competitiveness and efficiency.
