НАПРЯМИ УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ПРОЦЕСУ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПОТЕНЦІАЛОМ ІННОВАЦІЙНО-ТЕХНОЛОГІЧНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ОЛІЙНО-ЖИРОВОЇ ГАЛУЗІ
Анотація
Метою статті є визначення напрямів удосконалення засад управління потенціалом інноваційно-технологічного розвитку підприємств олійно-жирової галузі, розробка активної стратегії управління потенціалом інноваційно-технологічного розвитку підприємства олійно-жирової галузі та методології оцінювання її ефективності.
В процесі дослідження використовувались: загальнонаукові методи, зокрема: методи теоретичного узагальнення – для дослідження теоретичних засад інноваційних стратегій, засад оцінювання ефективності інноваційних стратегій та стратегічного управління підприємством олійно-жирової галузі; системний підхід – для обґрунтування методологічних засад активної стратегії управління потенціалом інноваційно-технологічного розвитку підприємства олійно-жирової галузі та засад оцінювання ефективності активної стратегії управління потенціалом інноваційно-технологічного розвитку підприємства олійно-жирової галузі, їх переваг та особливостей.
Обґрунтовано сутність та засади активної стратегії управління потенціалом інноваційно-технологічного розвитку підприємства олійно-жирової галузі, засади методології оцінювання ефективності активної стратегії управління потенціалом інноваційно-технологічного розвитку підприємства олійно-жирової галузі. Визначено основні їх особливості та переваги на відміну від інших.
Наукова новизна полягає у розробці методологічних засад активної стратегії управління потенціалом інноваційно-технологічного розвитку підприємства олійно-жирової галузі та методологічних засад оцінювання ефективності активної стратегії управління потенціалом інноваційно-технологічного розвитку підприємства олійно-жирової галузі.
Отримані результати дослідження направлені на удосконалення засад управління потенціалом інноваційно-технологічного розвитку підприємств олійно-жирової галузі шляхом запровадження активної стратегії управління потенціалом інноваційно-технологічного розвитку, що повинно сприяти забезпеченню якісного управління діяльністю підприємства олійно-жирової галузі та забезпечення високого рівня його конкурентоспроможності протягом всього життєвого циклу у довгостроковій перспективі. Вони можуть бути використані для удосконалення засад управління потенціалом інноваційно-технологічного розвитку підприємств олійно-жирової галузі.

DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE PROCESS OF POTENTIAL MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE-TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF OIL AND FAT INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES
Summary
The purpose of the article is to determine areas for improving the management of the potential of innovation and technological development of oil and fat enterprises, development of an active strategy for managing the potential of innovation and technological development of oil and fat industry and methodology for evaluating its effectiveness. Managing the potential of innovation and technological development of any enterprise, including those operating in the oil and fat industry, is primarily aimed at ensuring the required level of stability, competitiveness and efficiency of the enterprise in all socio-economic spheres. Investments in innovation and technological development of enterprises are becoming one of the decisive factors in their success, no less important than the right market strategy or well-established current management. At the same time, the main purpose of managing the potential of innovation and technological development of the enterprise should be to make such decisions by the owners and management, the implementation of which would provide appropriate conditions for the necessary innovative transformations in the enterprise taking into account its existing potential.
In the process of research were used: general scientific methods, in particular: methods of theoretical generalization - to study the theoretical foundations of innovation strategies, the principles of evaluating the effectiveness of innovation strategies and strategic management of the oil and fat industry; system approach - to substantiate the methodological principles of active strategy for managing the potential of innovation and technological development of the oil and fat industry and the principles of evaluating the effectiveness of the active strategy for managing the potential of innovation and technological development of the oil and fat industry, their benefits and features.
The essence and principles of active strategy of management of potential of innovative and technological development of the oil and fat industry enterprise, principles of methodology of estimation of efficiency of active strategy of management of potential of innovative and technological development of the oil and fat industry enterprise are substantiated. Their main features and advantages in contrast to others are determined.
The scientific novelty is to develop methodological principles of active strategy for managing the potential of innovation and technological development of the oil and fat industry and methodological principles for evaluating the effectiveness of active strategy for managing the potential of innovation and technological development of the oil and fat industry.
The results of the study are aimed at improving the principles of managing the potential of innovative and technological development of oil and fat enterprises by introducing an active strategy for managing the potential of innovative and technological development, which should help ensure quality management of oil and fat enterprises and ensure a high level of competitiveness throughout life. cycle in the long run. They can be used to improve the principles of managing the potential of innovative and technological development of oil and fat enterprises.
