КОН’ЮНКТУРА СВІТОВОГО РИНКУ ІТ-ПОСЛУГ В УМОВАХ ЕКОНОМІКИ 4.0

Анотація

У статті досліджено широку кон’юнктуру світового ринку ІТ-послуг в у мовах економіки 4.0, проведено аналіз галузевої структури світового ринку ІКТ та регіональної структури світового ринку споживання ІТ-послуг. Було визначено, що тенденції та розвиток ринку ІТ-послуг показує значне зростання послуг, що надаються за допомогою комплексного аутсорсингу. Моніторинг розриву у споживанні ІТ-послуг виявив помірні розбіжності у використанні, впровадженні та експлуатації новітніх технологій між розвиненими країнами та країнами, що розвиваються та велику розбіжність у створенні і освоєнні ІКТ між розвиненими країнами та країнами, що розвиваються. Дані результати вказують на те, що чим більш розвинена країна, тим більший ступінь мережевої готовності, потенціалу використання надбань Економіки 4.0 та розвитку ІКТ вона може показати.

WORLD MARKET OF IT SERVICES IN THE LANGUAGES OF ECONOMY 4.0

Summary

The article examines the broad situation in the global market of IT services in the languages of the economy 4.0, analyzes the sectoral structure of the global ICT market and the regional structure of the global market for IT services. The role and place of the leading countries in the international trade in computer and IT services were studied, the volumes and average annual growth rates of the world market of IT services in the last decade were determined. A systematic analysis of IT service consumption costs and average annual growth rates by region, IT service consumption costs and average annual growth rates by segments, average annual growth rates of the IT services market, provided by discrete and outsourced, was conducted. It was determined that the trends and development of the IT services market shows a significant increase in services provided through integrated outsourcing. The general structure of the world market of IT services is studied and the companies-leaders of the world market of software and rendering of IT services are allocated. Monitoring the gap in the consumption of IT services revealed moderate differences in the use, implementation and operation of new technologies between developed and developing countries and a large difference in the creation and development of ICT between developed and developing countries. These results indicate that the more developed the country, the greater the degree of network readiness, the potential of using the achievements of Economy 4.0 and the development of ICT, it can show. Forecasts for the development and increase in consumption of IT services by segments are clearly visible in the regional context. This is primarily due to the level of development of countries and certain needs of companies at different stages of their development. If the highly competitive markets of Western Europe and North America are characterized by a significant increase in the number of contracts in the segments of business process management, IT management and consulting, in emerging markets this trend is still inconspicuous. At the same time, Eastern Europe, the CIS, the Asia-Pacific region and Latin America maintain a high share of hardware and software support sectors, and the maximum growth is observed in the direction of development and integration.
