ЕКОЛОГО-ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ АНАЛІЗ ЯК ЕЛЕМЕНТ СИСТЕМИ УПРАВЛІННЯ ОПЕРАЦІЙНОЮ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЮ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
Сучасні умови розвитку виробництва призводять до загострення проблем екологічного характеру, а природоохоронна і економічна сфери є рівноправними складовими діяльності підприємства. Не можна забувати, що найпершою необхідністю для людини повинне бути середовище, в якому він живе. Еколого-економічний аналіз підприємств (ЕЕА) є найважливішою складовою частиною системи управління природокористуванням на макро- і мікрорівнях і саме це обумовлює мету даного дослідження.
В роботі проаналізовано наукові теоретичні та практичні дослідження в галузі еколого-економічного аналізу діяльності підприємства. Виявлені недоліки в підході до виконання ЕЕА, недосконалість законодавчої бази стосовно надання повноти інформаційної бази та в цілому недостатня кількість джерел для набуття знань щодо мети, завдань, принципів методики виконання ЕЕА. Також виявлено, що не всі підприємства наразі використовують комплексний підхід до управління природокористуванням. В роботі визначені основні принципи та види ЕЕА діяльності підприємства та їх зміст. Також виділені напрямки та конкретну послідовність дій у комплексному виконанні еколого-економічного аналізу діяльності підприємства. Виявлені основні складові еколого-економічного аналізу діяльності підприємства та напрямки і конкретну послідовність дій у комплексному виконанні ЕЕА. На основі наукових досліджень наведена модель еколого-економічного аналізу діяльності підприємства. Обґрунтовано важливість ЕЕА як елементу системи управління операційною діяльністю підприємства та доцільність його проведення у комплексі нерозривно задля створення цілісної системи управління природоохоронної діяльності підприємства. У висновках запропоновані засади щодо розробки методики ЕЕА.

ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC ANALYSIS AS AN ELEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Summary
Modern conditions for the development of production lead to exacerbation of environmental problems, and environmental and economic spheres are equal components of the enterprise. We must not forget that the first necessity for a person should be the environment in which he lives. At present, humanity has really realized the need to care for the environment. The laws by which nature operates have always been, and only now people have realized, their contradictory connection with the main directions of social life, trying to do something to resurrect the almost dead, to correct the damaged, to prevent and limit further destruction of nature. Ecological and economic analysis of enterprises is the most important part of the environmental management system at the macro and micro levels and this is what determines the purpose of this study.
Ecological and economic analysis is one of the most dynamically developing areas of science and practice in recent years. The issue of interaction of social production with the environment today is defined as one of the most important global problems of mankind, which indicates the relevance of the study of theoretical and methodological aspects of ecological and economic analysis as a tool to improve the greening of production, quality (environmental friendliness) and environmental improvement. The objective task of the modern concept of nature management is to strengthen the responsibility of economic entities for the use of natural resources and increase the environmental and economic efficiency of their activities.
The scientific theoretical and practical research in the field of ecological and economic analysis of the enterprise were analyzed in this article. Weaknesses in the approach to the implementation of environmental and economic analysis, imperfection of the legal framework for providing a complete information base and generally insufficient sources for acquiring knowledge about the purpose, objectives, principles of methods of environmental and economic analysis were identified. It was also found that not all companies currently use a comprehensive approach to environmental management. The main principles and types of ecological and economic analysis of the enterprise and their content were determined in the work. Also, the directions and concrete sequence of actions in complex performance of the ecological and economic analysis of activity of the enterprise were allocated. The main components of ecological and economic analysis of the enterprise and directions and a specific sequence of actions in the complex implementation of ecological and economic analysis were identified. On the basis of scientific researches, the model of the ecological and economic analysis of activity of the enterprise was resulted. The importance of ecological and economic analysis as an element of the operational management system of the enterprise and the expediency of its implementation in the complex is inseparable for the creation of an integrated management system of environmental activities of the enterprise were substantiated. The conclusions propose principles for the development of methods of environmental and economic analysis.
