УПРАВЛІННЯ РЕСУРСОЄМНІСТЮ ПРОДУКЦІЇ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ЦУКРОВОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ
Анотація
В статті дослідженні теоретичні та методичні підходи до визначення категорії «ресурсоємність продукції» підприємств; запропонована система узагальнюючих та часткових показників ресурсоємності продукції підприємства, виявлені галузеві особливості цукрової промисловості, які слід враховувати при розробці заходів щодо удосконалення управління ресурсоємністю продукції.
Системний аналіз практичного досвіду управління ресурсоємністю продукції на підприємствах цукрової промисловості дозволяє сформулювати програму заходів по зниженню ресурсоємності продукції підприємства. яка побудована по пріоритетності рівнів покращення використання окремих видів ресурсів.
До пріоритетів І-го рівня заходів зниження ресурсомісткості продукції підприємства віднесено підвищення ефективності виробництва та активів; ефективності продажів; оптимізація організаційної структури; управління інвестиційною політикою, змінними та постійними витратами, робочим капіталом; до пріоритетів ІІ-го та ІІІ-го рівнів відвесені галузеві рекомендації покрашення використання ресурсів. Визначені ключові показники ефективності (КРІ) реалізації програми заходів по зниженню ресурсоємності продукції підприємства.

MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCE CAPACITY OF PRODUCTS OF SUGAR INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES
Summary
The article examines the theoretical and methodological approaches to determining the category of "resource intensity of products" of enterprises; the system of generalizing and partial indicators of resource intensity of production of the enterprise is offered, branch features of the sugar industry which should be considered at development of measures on improvement of management of resource consumption of production are revealed.
A systematic analysis of the practical experience of managing the resource intensity of products at the enterprises of the sugar industry allows to formulate a program of measures to reduce the resource intensity of the enterprise's products. which is built on the priority levels of improving the use of certain types of resources
The priorities of the first level of measures to reduce the resource intensity of the company's products include improving the efficiency of production and assets, sales efficiency, optimization of organizational structure, investment policy management, variable and fixed costs, working capital.
Improving the efficiency of production and assets can be achieved by: a) increasing productivity by reducing the duration of the repair period, optimizing the number of staff during the production period; b) reduction of beet losses due to the improvement of the organization of raw material reception at the beet point according to the field-plant scheme 83%, according to the kagat-plant scheme 17%; c) efficient use of equipment by ensuring a rhythmic average daily planned productivity in compliance with technological regulations, compliance with the repair schedule and PPR schedule, increase the output of category I sugar without additional costs.
Improving sales efficiency is possible by improving the quality of products for sale according to DSTU. To do this, the shipment of products should be carried out in accordance with the specifications of consumers and the requirements of internal regulations, which will ensure the absence of complaints to the shipped products from the factory.
Optimization of the organizational structure can be done by reducing administrative costs.
Investment policy management involves stopping the investment from 2.5-3 months before the start of the production season, which will reduce the cost of investment by at least 10% compared to the annual budget.
Reduction of fixed and variable production costs can be achieved by a) optimizing the use of auxiliary materials while complying with technological regulations, b) optimizing production costs.
Management of working capital should be carried out in the areas of a) sale of illiquid assets, including non-performing fixed assets of movable and immovable property of the year; b) sale of illiquid stocks of energy resources and goods and materials; c) reduction of the average annual working capital, including bringing receivables in line with the terms of contracts on a monthly basis.
