ОЦІНКА ТА ШЛЯХИ ПОДОЛАННЯ КРИЗОВИХ ЯВИЩ В ГАЛУЗІ ТВАРИННИЦТВА В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
В сучасних умовах, коли українські виробники змушені переосмислити стратегічні орієнтири власного розвитку через втрату значної частки традиційного ринку збуту сільськогосподарської продукції, актуальності набувають питання про шляхи подолання кризових явищ у галузі тваринництва та забезпечення виходу її продукції на вимогливі європейські ринки. Довготривала стагнація галузі призвела до зниження багатьох показників діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств. Низька інвестиційна підтримка, наявність проблем у бюджетному фінансуванні, незадовільний рівень якості продукції, що створює проблеми для її експорту закордон, та ще багато іншого – перешкоди, подолання яких здатне відродити вітчизняне скотарство та вивести його на новий рівень.
У статті проведено аналіз стану галузі тваринництва в Україні за останні тридцять років, виявлено проблеми та запропоновано шляхи покращення існуючої ситуації. Після багаторічного нехтування розвитком галузі державою ми стикаємось із деградацією, про що свідчить негативна динаміка як кількісних, так і якісних показників діяльності сільгосппідприємств. Від чинників розвитку тваринництва залежить не тільки постачання населення основними продуктами харчування, а й забезпечення переробних підприємств сировиною для виробництва. Сьогодні важливо підвищити ефективність тваринництва за рахунок збільшення продуктивності праці, вдосконалення робочого обладнання та виділення основних факторів, що суттєво впливають на розвиток галузі.

ASSESSMENT AND WAYS OF OVERCOMING CRISIS PHENOMENA IN THE FIELD OF ANIMAL HUSBANDRY IN UKRAINE
Summary
In modern conditions, when Ukrainian producers are forced to rethink the strategic guidelines of their own development due to the loss of a significant share of the traditional market of agricultural products, the question of ways to overcome the crisis in animal husbandry and ensure access to demanding European markets. Prolonged stagnation of the industry has led to a decline in many indicators of agricultural enterprises. Low investment support, problems with budget financing, unsatisfactory level of product quality, which creates problems for its export abroad, and much more are obstacles that can be revived by domestic livestock and bring it to a new level.
In the article analyzes the state of the livestock industry in Ukraine over the past thirty years, identifies problems and suggests ways to improve the current situation. After many years of neglect of the development of the industry by the state, we are facing degradation, as evidenced by the negative dynamics of both quantitative and qualitative indicators of agricultural enterprises. The livestock industry makes a significant contribution to the gross production of agricultural products, the consumption of milk and meat produced by livestock enterprises is one of the main in characterizing the living standards of the population. In the current context of the agricultural sector, the experience of developed countries shows that the efficiency of livestock, dairy and meat markets is highly dependent on the level of state support. Its efficiency affects on the profitability of the industry, the structure and volume of livestock production, economic and inter-economic relations, meeting the needs of the population at affordable prices for vital food, increasing the export potential of the industry and expanding the geography of livestock sales in different regions.
From the factors of animal husbandry development depends not only the supply of basic food products, but also the provision of processing plants with raw materials for production. Today it is important to increase the efficiency of animal husbandry by increasing productivity, improving work equipment and highlighting the main factors that significantly affect the development of the industry.
