СВІТОВИЙ ДОСВІД ГОСПОДАРЮВАННЯ ТА ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙ В АГРАРНИЙ СЕКТОР ЕКОНОМІКИ
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано світовий досвід господарювання в аграрному секторі; визначено основні напрями та шляхи впровадження інновацій в аграрному секторі зарубіжних країн; запропоновано вектор впровадження інновацій в аграрний сектор економіки України. Новітній етап розвитку економічних відносин сприяє впровадженню інновацій в усі галузі задля зростання їх конкурентоздатності. Багато країн на шляху свого економічного зростання вже обрали довгострокову інноваційну стратегію розвитку аграрного сектора економіки. Ряд розвинених держав, володіючи значним кадровим та фінансовим потенціалом, задають тренд та визначають напрями впровадження аграрних технологій у виробництво. Україна, враховуючи світовий досвід господарювання та втілення агроінновацій в сільське господарство, повинна обрати найбільш оптимальні шляхи інноваційного розвитку аграрного сектора.

WORLD EXPERIENCE OF MANAGEMENT AND INTRODUCTION OF INNOVATIONS INTO THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY
Summary
The article analyzes the world experience of management in the agricultural sector; identified the main directions and ways to implement innovations in the agricultural sector of foreign countries; the vector of introduction of innovations in the agrarian sector of economy of Ukraine is offered. The latest stage of development of economic relations promotes the introduction of innovations in all industries to increase their competitiveness. Many countries have already chosen a long-term innovative strategy for the development of the agricultural sector of the economy. The introduction of new technologies in agriculture will help to get results in the form of profits or new assets, increase yields, prevent soil depletion and fully realize production potential, as well as gain new knowledge or technology, which will ultimately increase the motivation of workers in the agricultural sector. The introduction of innovations in the agricultural sector increases the level of state security in terms of food, providing domestic and foreign markets with basic necessities. In addition, the development of new varieties of plants, animal breeds, approaches to the optimal use of resource potential, updating of equipment and technologies is the key to the competitiveness of agricultural producers. The modern approach to improving the efficiency of management in the agricultural sector involves the creation of favorable conditions and integration of innovations. Global economic agents are trying to increase their competitive advantages by introducing innovations into their own production. A number of developed countries, having significant human and financial potential, set the trend and determine the directions of introduction of agricultural technologies into production. Ukraine, taking into account the world experience of management and implementation of agroinnovation in agriculture, should choose the most optimal ways of innovative development of the agricultural sector. The study of European and world experience of management and implementation of innovations in agriculture will help to identify the main trends and steps that would be appropriate to apply in the conduct of agricultural policy in Ukraine.
