ОСНОВНІ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ СФЕР ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ФІНАНСОВИХ КОНГЛОМЕРАТІВ

Анотація

У статті здійснено дослідження основних характеристик сфер діяльності фінансових конгломератів. В процесі дослідження виявлено, що фінансові посередники у формі фінансових конгломератів, створюючи інфраструктуру фінансового ринку, є потужним джерелом інвестицій в економіку. Аналіз дослідження фінансової діяльності у період кризи сприяють розгортанню їх інвестиційної діяльності, котра є основою та запорукою економічного зростання. Доведено, що утворення фінансових конгломератів є виходом з кризових проявів та ситуацій. Фінансові конгломерати поєднують банківську, страхову та інвестиційну діяльність. В статті здійснено порівняння банківської, страхової та інвестиційної діяльності фінансових конгломератів. Встановлено, що функціонування фінансових конгломератів повинно стати важливим джерелом розвитку економіки України.

Summary

The article examines the main characteristics of the spheres of activity of financial conglomerates. The study found that financial intermediaries in the form of financial conglomerates, creating the infrastructure of the financial market, are a powerful source of investment in the economy. Analysis of the study of financial activities during the crisis contribute to the development of their investment activities, which is the basis and guarantee of economic growth It is proved that the formation of financial conglomerates is a way out of crisis manifestations and situations. Financial conglomerates combine banking, insurance and investment activities. The article compares the banking, insurance and investment activities of financial conglomerates. It is established that the functioning of financial conglomerates should become an important source of development of Ukraine's economy.
