СТАН ТА ОСНОВНІ НАПРЯМИ РОЗВИТКУ СТАРТАПІВ В УКРАЇНІ

Анотація

В статті розглянуто сьогоднішній стан та основні напрями розвитку стартапів в Україні. Категорія «стартап» є відносно новою у використанні в економіці. Стартап може бути визначений у різні способи,що також є метою написання даного наукового дослідження. Економічні дефініції «підприємець», «підприємництво» та «стартап» мають спільні риси, але відрізняються за своєю економічною сутністю. Розвиток стартапів в Украні є актуальною, багатогранною темою для вивчення економістами-теоретиками та практиками.

STATE AND MAIN DIRECTIONS OF STARTUP DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

Summary

The birth of the "knowledge-based economy" has led to the emergence of a new type of active entrepreneur who uses new technologies, innovations and advanced advances in science, which, together with economic tools, commercializes them. If we analyze the changes that have occurred over the past 150 years, we can see that if in the XIX-XX centuries, well-known entrepreneurs were owners of oil, metallurgy, railway and automotive industries, in 2000-2021, well-known entrepreneurs earn by selling information, communications, gadgets and computer entertainment. Over the last twenty years, the information technology industry has become the driving force behind the competitiveness of the world economy. The development of information technology has changed the ways and methods of management, which has led to a rethinking of approaches to management, knowledge acquisition, innovation, the creation of new business models of enterprises and more. With the development of information technology, startup companies are developing intensively, which are flexible to the needs of the market and offer specific solutions for their target audience. At this stage of business development there is a significant rise in the development of Ukrainian startups, which are developing quite rapidly and have many users. However, the low interest of the state in modern innovative projects forces young companies to cooperate with foreign investors who help to implement projects and become competitive. That is why it is necessary to promote the effective functioning of startups in Ukraine, to create mechanisms to increase the effectiveness of their activities in the domestic market and to recognize the importance of innovative technologies for the successful development of Ukrainian enterprises. The article examines current issues of development of startups in the global market as a form of entrepreneurial activity. The essence of the concept of "startup" is defined, the theoretical basis of development of startups is outlined. It is noted that the processes of strata formation are studied within the theory of management, theory of organizations and entrepreneurship. The characteristics and stages of transformation of old people into a competitive enterprise based on the concept of life cycle are generalized. Peculiarities of development of startups in practice and examples of Ukrainian and foreign startups that have received international recognition are given.
