ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ПОТЕНЦІАЛЬНИХ КЛАСТЕРІВ В ОЦІНЦІ ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ
Анотація
У статті наголошено, що оцінку економічного потенціалу підприємства частіше за все проводять з використанням інтегральних мультиплікативних та адитивних моделей. Доведено, що використання таких моделей та формування шкал для оцінки показників з використанням експертних оцінок носить суб’єктивний характер та піддається впливу людського чинника. Запропоновано зменшити вплив суб’єктивного людського чинника на формування шкали для оцінки економічного потенціалу на основі формування меж такої шкали з використанням потенціальних кластерів. Наголошено на важливості формування потенціальних кластерних шкал по кожному окремому показнику оцінки у розрізі галузевої належності підприємств та стадії життєвого і економічного циклу. Здійснено обгрунтування методу кластеризації та способу нормалізації показників кластера. Наведено приклад оцінки показника фондовіддачі у складі виробничої складової економічного потенціалу підприємства.

THE USING OF POTENTIAL CLUSTERS IN ESTIMATION OF ECONOMIC POTENTIAL OF ENTERPRISES
Summary
The article emphasizes that the assessment of the economic potential of the enterprise is most often carried out using integrated multiplicative and additive models. It has been proven that the use of such models and the formation of scales for the evaluation of indicators using expert assessments is subjective and subject to human influence. It is proposed to reduce the influence of the subjective human factor on the formation of a scale for assessing economic potential based on the formation of the boundaries of such a scale using potential clusters. The importance of forming potential cluster scales for each individual evaluation indicator in terms of industry affiliation of enterprises and the stage of life and economic cycle is emphasized. The advantages of natural clustering over artificial clustering for the purposes of assessing the economic potential of the enterprise are described. It is shown that the clusters formed by indicators can be the basis for the formation of a scale for assessing the potential level of a particular indicator, which are then integrated into the overall assessment of the economic potential of the enterprise. The main methodological features of cluster construction are presented, in particular, the objects of clustering in the form of vectors and the presence of the distance between the vectors, the proximity of which leads to the grouping of objects into a cluster. The list of clustering methods used in economic practice and methods of normalization of objects for cluster construction is given. The substantiation of the clustering method and the method of normalization of cluster indicators is carried out. The method of clustering is the method of complete search of objects, and the method of normalization is the criterion of normalization based on the range from 0 to 1. On the example of a specific indicator we illustrate the use of potential clusters in the assessment of economic potential. An assessment of the rate of return on assets as part of the production component of the economic potential of the enterprise. Peculiarities of the author's approach to the assessment of the economic potential of corporate-type enterprises with the use of potential clusters are given.
