КВІНТЕСЕНЦІЯ ЗБАЛАНСОВАНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ДЕРЖАВИ ТА БІЗНЕСУ В УМОВАХ ГАРМОНІЗАЦІЇ СОЦІАЛЬНИХ, ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ ТА ЕКОЛОГІЧНИХ ЦІЛЕЙ
Анотація
У статті представлене поглиблене розуміння збалансованого розвитку держави та бізнесу, презентовано характеристики комплексу основних показників оцінювання збалансованого розвитку бізнесу. Обґрунтовано, що розвиток держави та бізнесу потрібно розглядати у синергетичній взаємодії, який можливий в контексті збалансованості. Відповідно до зарубіжної практики прагнення до реалізації збалансованого розвитку бізнесу оцінюють завдяки проведенню оцінки рівня збалансованого розвитку. Для цього використовують такі показники, як індекс стійкості Доу-Джонса (DJSI), FTSE4Good. У Польщі створено індекс RESPECT, що акумулює такі структурні елементи, як відповідальність, екологія, сталість, участь, навколишнє середовище, громада, прозорість. У науковому дослідженні подано характеристики використання цих показників, особливості їх застосування. Зазначено, що в Україні практика оцінювання стимулювання бізнесу до збалансованого розвитку, підтримки практики корпоративної соціальної відповідальності не знайшла належного рівня зацікавленості і все ще перебуває на стадії розроблення. Зроблено висновок, що з боку держави вагомим аспектом має стати налагодження механізму щодо розроблення системи показників оцінювання бізнесу в контексті підтримки збалансованого розвитку.

THE BASIS OF BALANCED DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE AND BUSINESS IN THE CONDITIONS OF HARMONIZATION OF SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL GOALS
Summary
The research provides an in-depth understanding of the balanced development of the state and business, presents the characteristics of a set of key indicators for assessing the balanced development of business. It is substantiated that the development of the state and business should be considered in a synergetic interaction, which is possible due to the balance. It is noted that the balanced development of the state and business appears as a process that requires special knowledge and skills from the management hierarchy, the implementation of effective tools of managerial influence. Balanced business development should be considered in terms of autonomous action, synergetic direction in areas that are important for business, achieving standards in the context of social, economic, environmental balance, consistent with the concept of sustainable development; as a system of acquired competencies that allow businesses to actively operate in the environment at an effective level today and in the future. In accordance with foreign practice, the desire to implement sustainable business development is assessed by evaluating the level of balanced development. To do this, use indicators such as the Dow Jones Resilience Index (DJSI), FTSE4Good. It is a set of indices designed to objectively measure business performance that meets generally accepted standards of social responsibility and balanced development. Poland has created a RESPECT index, which shows such structural elements as responsibility, ecology, sustainability, participation, environment, community, transparency. The scientific research presents the characteristics of the use of these indicators, the peculiarities of their application. It is noted that in Ukraine the practice of assessing business incentives for balanced development, support for the practice of corporate social responsibility has not found the appropriate level of interest and is still under development. It is concluded that the establishment of a mechanism for the development of a system of business evaluation indicators in the context of supporting balanced development should be an important aspect on the part of the state.
