ЛЕКЦІЯ ЯК ЕЛЕМЕНТ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНИХ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЕЙ ЗДОБУВАЧІВ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ ЗАОЧНОЇ ФОРМИ НАВЧАННЯ СПЕЦІАЛЬНОСТІ ОБЛІК І ОПОДАТКУВАННЯ
Анотація
Виходячи із прогнозованого зростання зайнятості у сільському господарстві, зростає актуальність підготовки висококваліфікованих кадрів для цієї стратегічної галузі. Визначено, що формування професійної компетентності має свою специфіку не лише на різних етапах навчання, а й в процесі підготовки фахівців за різними формами навчання (денна, заочна, дистанційна). Наведено особливості, мету та завдання основної форми проведення навчальних занять у закладах вищої освіти – лекції. Виокремлено основні вимоги до проведення лекції. Окреслено основні види традиційної та нетрадиційної лекції.
На основі анкетування здобувачів вищої освіти денної та заочної форм навчання факультету обліку та аудиту Вінницького національного аграрного університету проаналізовано та узагальнено запити і потреби в інформації, яку студенти отримують на лекції. Обґрунтовано методичні прийоми викладання лекцій з облікових дисциплін, що враховують особливості форми навчання та контингенту студентів-заочників для формування і поглиблення їх професійних компетентностей.

LECTURE AS AN ELEMENT OF FORMATION THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES FOR PART-TIME STUDENTS OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN SPECIALTY OF ACCOUNTING AND TAXATION
Summary
Starting from the projected growth of employment in agriculture, the relevance of training highly qualified personnel for this strategic area is growing. It is determined that the formation of professional competence has its specialty not only at different stages of training, but also in the process of training specialists for different forms of training (full-time, part-time, distance).
The lecture is the quintessence of knowledge in the discipline and traditionally concentrates a large amount of them. To form the material of the lecture the teacher uses his own knowledge and practical experience; knowledge accumulated by others; proceeds from modern needs of applicants in the specific information; summarizes and presents material using modern methods.
Peculiarities, purpose and tasks of the main form of conducting educational classes in higher education institutions - lectures are given. The main requirements for the lecture are highlighted. The main types of traditional and non-traditional lectures are outlined.
When giving lectures on professional disciplines for part-time students, it should be taken into account that students have significant information on many issues, know the practice. In addition, if the contingent of full-time students is more or less homogeneous in terms of training degree, then on the flow of part-time students on the one hand there are students who have a solid practice in the chosen specialty, and on the other - students who came immediately after school , or whose activities are not yet related to work in the specialty.
Based on the questionnaire of full-time and part-time higher education students of the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing of Vinnytsya National Agrarian University, the requests and needs for information that students receive at lectures are analyzed and generalized. Methodical methods of lecturing in accounting disciplines are substantiated, which take into account the peculiarities of the form of education and the contingent of part-time students for the formation and deepening their professional competencies.
Given the different level of special training of part-time students, the introductory lecture should conduct a survey of students to determine the level of their professional training; the part of students working in the specialty and their requests for information. On the basis of such research it is necessary to adjust the content and structure of the lecture course on professional disciplines that will allow to reach the didactic purposes of lectures.
