ДИСТАНЦІЙНА РОБОТА ЯК ФАКТОР ВПЛИВУ НА ЕКОНОМІЧНУ БЕЗПЕКУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Анотація

Статтю присвячено дослідженню сучасного стану запровадження такого явища як дистанційна робота на підприємствах України, що викликано різними чинниками. Розглянуто основні фактори, що стимулюють розвиток та запровадження такої форми в сучасних реаліях: пандемія коронавірусу COVID 19, цифровізація суспільства, інноваційні технології тощо. Визначено ключовий вплив запровадження дистанційної роботи на економічну безпеку підприємства. Автор здійснює розгляд такого взаємозв’язку через використання інструменту SWOT–аналізу: виділення та оцінку сильних та слабких сторін, можливостей та загроз дистанційної роботи для розвитку та формування економічної безпеки підприємства
За результатами дослідження зроблено висновки про необхідність зміцнення економічної безпеки за рахунок посилення сильних сторін внутрішнього середовища компанії та використання можливостей, які існують в зовнішньому оточенні. Та проаналізовані шляхи зменшення впливу негативних факторів як всередині компанії, так і за її межами.

Ключові слова: економічна безпека; дистанційна робота; SWOT–аналіз; хот-дескінг; правопорушення в кіберпросторі.

REMOTE WORK AS A FACTOR INFLUENCING THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Summary

The article is devoted to the study of the current state of introduction of such a phenomenon as remote work at the enterprises of Ukraine, which is caused by various factors. The main factors that stimulate the development and introduction of this form in modern realities are: the COVID 19 coronavirus pandemic, digitalization of society, innovative technologies etc. The key impact of the introduction of remote work on the economic security of the enterprise is determined. Economic security of the enterprise is studied as a state of the system of enterprise’s interaction with subjects of internal and external environment in which the enterprise together with state institutions using their own resources is capable to reveal threats to its activities, avoid them, level their influence, mitigate or overcome consequences.One way to mitigate the effects of threats to modern business in today's society is to introduce remote work.
The first attempts at remote work, or teleworking, have been made for some time in many countries. The aticle generalizes main characteristics of remote such as work outside the working premises or the owner's territory, flexible working day, use of information technologies, need for specific equipment, etc.
The author considers the following connection through the use of SWOT-analysis tool: identification and assessment of strengths and weaknesses (factors of the company's internal environment and can be regulated from within), opportunities and threats (external factors and which the company cannot directly influence) of remote work for the development and formation of economic security of the enterprise.Some new forms of remote work, in particular hot-desking, its advantages and disadvantages for individual firms are analyzed.
According to the results of the research, it was concluded that it is necessary to strengthen economic security by improving the strengths of the company's internal environment and the use of opportunities that exist in the external environment. However, the ways of reducing the influence of negative factors both inside and outside the company are analyzed.
