ОЦІНКА ПЛАТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ ТА ЙМОВІРНОСТІ БАНКРУТСТВА ДП «МТП «ЮЖНИЙ»

Анотація

У статті розглянуто сутність та поняття платоспроможності як одного з основних показників фінансової стійкості підприємства. Наведено актуальність такого дослідження в умовах нестабільної сучасної ситуації. Систематизовано методичні підходи до оцінки платоспроможності підприємств в залежності від інформаційного забезпечення та періоду аналітичного дослідження. Узагальнено складові аналізу платоспроможності, наведені в наукових працях та методичних роботах вітчизняних вчених. Наведено характеристику відносних показників ліквідності (платоспроможності), які набули найбільш широкого використання в процесі оцінки фінансового стану підприємства. Метою проведеного дослідження є аналіз показників ліквідності та платоспроможності підприємства на основі діючої фінансової звітності підприємства. Вивчення літературних джерел та підходів до оцінки показників фінансової стабільності підприємства показали, що багато її аспекти вимагають постійного моніторингу та аналізу. Об’єктом дослідження обрано державне підприємство України – Морський транспортний порт «Южний». У ході дослідження авторами було проведено аналіз балансу, показників поточної, швидкої та абсолютної ліквідності підприємства, а також основних показників фінансової стійкості. За допомогою побудови п’яти факторної моделі Альтмана було зроблено прогноз вірогідності банкрутства ДП «МТП «Южний»». Також авторами було розглянуто проблеми проведення оцінки платоспроможності на основі діючої фінансової звітності. Відображено переваги, недоліки та охарактеризовано сферу використання методичних підходів до оцінки платоспроможності підприємства. Дани рекомендації щодо проведення регулярного моніторингу рівня ліквідності та платоспроможності підприємств України в умовах економіко-політичної нестабільності та оцінки вірогідності банкрутства

ASSESSMENT OF SOLVENCY AND PROBABILITY OF BANKRUPTCY OF THE ENTERPRISE OF SE «STP «YUZHNY»

Summary

The article considers the essence and concept of solvency as one of the main indicators of financial stability of the enterprise. The relevance of such a study in an unstable current situation is given. In the current conditions of the national economy, characterized by financial instability, most domestic enterprises experience an acute shortage of financial resources to meet financial obligations and ensure the processes of expanded reproduction, which negatively affects their financial condition in general and solvency in particular. Maintaining an adequate level of solvency is one of the key issues facing the company's financial managers and requires the development and implementation of appropriate tools for adequate diagnosis.Methodological approaches to assessing the solvency of enterprises depending on the information support and the period of analytical research are systematized. The components of the analysis of solvency, given in scientific works and methodical works of domestic scientists, are generalized. The characteristic of relative indicators of liquidity (solvency) which have got the widest use in the course of an estimation of a financial condition of the enterprise is resulted. The purpose of the study is to analyze the liquidity and solvency of the enterprise on the basis of current financial statements of the enterprise. The study of literature sources and approaches to assessing the financial stability of the enterprise showed that many of its aspects require constant monitoring and analysis. The object of the study is the state enterprise of Ukraine - Sea Transport Port "South". During the study, the authors analyzed the balance sheet, indicators of current, rapid and absolute liquidity of the enterprise, as well as the main indicators of financial stability. With the help of building a five-factor model of Altman, a forecast of the probability of bankruptcy of the ICC "Yuzhny" was made. The authors also considered the problems of solvency assessment based on current financial statements. The advantages, disadvantages and the scope of using methodological approaches to assessing the solvency of the enterprise are reflected. Recommendations are given for regular monitoring of the level of liquidity and solvency of Ukrainian enterprises in conditions of economic and political instability and assessment of the probability of bankruptcy.
