ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ІНВЕСТУВАННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ СУБ’ЄКТІВ ГОСПОДАРЮВАННЯ

Анотація

В статті на основі детального аналізу вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду у сфері фінансування процесів розвитку підприємства розкрито змістовне наповнення поняття «інноваційна конкурентоспроможність підприємства», окреслено його відмінності від поняття «конкурентоспроможність інновацій». Автором деталізовано складові ресурсної бази конкурентоспроможності підприємств, що визначається такими параметрами господарської діяльності, як обсяг та структура інвестиційного капіталу, залученого на підприємство, рівень очікуваного ризику та час досягнення цілей зростання рівня інноваційної конкурентоспроможності. Інтерес викликають висновки автора щодо завдання фінансового забезпечення інноваційної конкурентоспроможності та поетапного оцінювання можливостей і перспектив розвитку господарської діяльності під впливом інтенсивності інвестування. Слід відзначити, що наробки автора базуються на класичних положеннях теорії інновацій та теорії розвитку, що дозволило на базі концепції S-кривої оцінити можливий діапазон зміни інноваційної конкурентоспроможності при заданому обсягу інвестиційного забезпечення. Практичного значення набувають розробки автора щодо побудови матриці вибору інвестиційних рішень стосовно інтенсивності фінансового забезпечення, що враховує три базові параметри ефективності: час, ризик та обсяги фінансування.

FEATURES OF INVESTING IN INNOVATIVE COMPETITIVENESS OF BUSINESS ENTITIES

Summary

The article, based on a detailed analysis of domestic and foreign experience in financing the development of the enterprise, reveals the content of the concept of "innovative competitiveness of the enterprise", shows its differences from the concept of "competitiveness of innovation". The author details the components of the resource base of innovative competitiveness of enterprises, which is determined by such parameters of economic activity as the volume and structure of investment capital attracted to the enterprise, the level of expected risk and time to achieve growth competitiveness. The content of the tasks of financial support of innovative competitiveness is characterized. The stages of assessing the opportunities and prospects for economic development under the influence of investment intensity are proposed. The use of the classical provisions of the theory of innovation and the theory of development allowed on the basis of the concept of the S-curve to estimate the possible range of changes in innovation competitiveness at a given amount of investment. Quantitative limits of innovative competitiveness are determined, which are determined by economic, social, ecological, institutional and time parameters of economic activity of the enterprise. It is recommended to determine their value taking into account the current model of competitiveness at the enterprise and its financial security. It is substantiated that the effect of use and the nature of the origin of sources of financial support directly affect the profitability of innovation, which is the main goal of the enterprise. It is concluded that the use of the concept of the S-curve in practice may give erroneous conclusions about the possible trajectory of change in the level of innovation competitiveness and the need to finance change. It is recommended to take into account the multidimensionality of trajectories of change of directions of enterprise development. Recommendations for building a matrix for choosing investment decisions are given. The presented matrix characterizes the space of investment decisions on the intensity of financial security, takes into account three basic parameters of efficiency: time, risk and amount of funding. It is proved that these parameters directly affect the level of innovative competitiveness, the assessment of which should be carried out taking into account the socio-economic, environmental and time requirements for economic activity of the enterprise.
