СОЦІАЛЬНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ РОЗВИТОК УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ НЕВИЗНАЧЕНОСТІ
Анотація
В статті розглянуто соціально-економічний розвиток України в умовах невизначеності. Соціально-економічний розвиток характеризується зростанням і падінням (економічними циклами), що викликано ендогенними та екзогенними факторами. В роботі досліджено взаємозв'язок між економічними циклами та кризовими процесами в світовій економіці. Розглянуто типологію економічних циклів: однорічних циклів, циклів Кітчина-Крума, Жюгляра, Кузнеця, Кондратьєва, вікових логістичних циклів, розкрита їх сутність.
В статті було проаналізовано основні світові економічні кризи, зокрема, 1997-1998, 2007-2008, 2020. Авторами зроблений акцент на дослідженні кризи, спричиненої пандемією Covid-19. Поточна криза має багато спільних рис з іншими попередніми кризами, але відрізняється від них низкою специфічних рис. Пандемія Covid-19 спочатку призвела до соціальної кризи та кризи охорони здоров’я, а потім до економічної кризи.
В дослідженні було проаналізовано динаміку приросту ВВП України за 25 років та виявлені такі спади: 1998, 2009, 2013, 2020. Також доведено, що ці коливання співпадають із світовими кризами.
Зроблений факторний аналіз ВВП та виокремленні такі фактори впливу як: обсяг експорту, імпорту, капітальних інвестицій, витрат домогосподарств та сектору загального державного управління. Таким чином, у статті підтверджена витратна теорія формування ВВП на прикладі України. Побудовано рівняння множинної регресії залежності ВВП та вище перелічених факторів. На основі результатів дослідження кризових процесів в Україні побудований прогноз приросту ВВП на наступні 5 років. Зроблені висновки, що кризи мають не тільки негативні, а й позитивні наслідки. Характерними негативними наслідками перебігу криз в економіці України є: зменшення приросту ВВП та обсягу інвестицій, збільшення рівня інфляції та безробіття, знецінення національної валюти. Серед позитивних наслідків виділені наступні: відкриття нових ніш для бізнесу, диверсифікація бізнес-процесів, розвиток та впровадження нових технологій та здійснення урядом ефективних реформ.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE IN UNCERTAINTY
Summary
The socio-economic development of Ukraine in conditions of uncertainty is considered in the article. Socio-economic development is characterized by growth and decline (economic cycles), caused by endogenous and exogenous factors. The paper investigates the relationship between economic cycles and crisis processes in the world economy. The typology of economic cycles is considered: one-year cycles, Kitchin-Krum, Zhuglyar, Kuznets, Kondratiev cycles, age logistic cycles. The article also reveals the essence of these types of cycles.
The article analyzes the main world economic crises, in particular, In 1997-1998, 2007-2008, 2020 years. The authors emphasize the study of the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The current crisis has many features in common with other previous crises, but differs from them in a number of specific features. Initially, the Covid-19 pandemic led to a social crisis and a health crisis, and then the pandemic led to an economic crisis.
The study analyzed the dynamics of Ukraine's GDP growth over 25 years and identified declines in GDP in such years as: 1998, 2009, 2013 and 2020. The article also proves that these fluctuations coincide with global crises.
The study made a factor analysis of GDP and identified such factors as: the volume of exports, imports, capital investment, household expenditures and the general government sector.

Thus, the article confirms the cost theory of GDP formation on the example of Ukraine. The equation of multiple regression of GDP dependence and the above factors is constructed in the article. The authors constructed a forecast of GDP growth for the next 5 years based on the results of the study of crisis processes in Ukraine. In conclusion, it was noted that crises have not only negative consequences. Also they have positive consequences. Typical negative consequences of the crisis in the economy of Ukraine are: reduced GDP growth and investments, increased inflation, unemployment and devaluation of the national currency. Among the positive consequences are the following: opening new niches for business, diversification of business processes, development and implementation of new technologies and the implementation of effective reforms by the government.
