ЕЛЕКТРОННИЙ КАДРОВИЙ ДОКУМЕНТООБІГ

Анотація

У статті розглянуто особливості електронного кадрового документообігу. Виокремлено сутність та порядок організації електронного документообігу на підприємстві. Проаналізовано теоретичні та практичні аспекти застосування електронного документообігу на підприємстві. Досліджено актуальність використання даного способу обміну та зберігання інформації на підприємстві. Встановлено позитивні та негативні аспекти електронного документування. Наголошено на неготовності певної частини українських суб’єктів господарювання до процесу діджіталізації в цілому, також на відсутності досвіду та технічного забезпечення у бухгалтерів в питанні ведення електронного кадрового документообігу. Перелічено основні програми для успішного здійснення обміну документами за допомогою програмного забезпечення. Запропоновано зміни та покращення цього досить тривалого процесу. Наголошено на необхідності розроблення нового та вдосконалення існуючого документального оформлення, нормативно-правової бази та забезпеченні вільного доступу до всіх необхідних інформативних джерел.

ELECTRONIC PERSONNEL DOCUMENTATION

Summary

The article considers the features of electronic personnel document management. It is established that the organization of document flow is an important part of the enterprise, because any business processes are reflected in the documents. The essence and procedure of organization of electronic document circulation at the enterprise are singled out. Theoretical and practical aspects of the application of electronic document management at the enterprise are analyzed. At the present stage, among the methods aimed at improving documentation, there are two groups: improving the technology of document management and reducing the volume of document flow. The relevance of using this method of exchange and storage of information at the enterprise is investigated. Positive and negative aspects of electronic documentation are established. Emphasis is placed on the unpreparedness of a certain part of Ukrainian business entities for the digitalization process as a whole, as well as on the lack of experience and technical support of accountants in the issue of electronic personnel records management. The automated document management system provides the process of creating, managing, accessing and distributing large volumes of documents on computer networks, as well as control the flow of documents in the organization. Among the well-known electronic document management systems are: M.E.Doc, SOTA, API.PTAH, Fredo, FlyDoc - solutions for the BAS accounting system, etc. In modern economic conditions, working with innovative technologies in accounting is crucial for reducing the amount of time spent on the preparation and signing of documents, as well as their submission to regulatory authorities. The speed and convenience of accounting allows you to process larger amounts of information in a shorter period by one specialist. Changes and improvements to this rather lengthy process have been proposed. A positive trend in the development of accounting at the level of other European countries has been studied. Abandoning the thoughtless use of natural resources will significantly improve the ecological situation on the planet, which has been gaining momentum in recent years. Emphasis was placed on the need to develop new and improve existing documentation, regulatory framework and ensure free access to all necessary information sources.
