ЕКСИЗМ-ВИКЛИКИ ОСОБИСТИХ ФІНАНСІВ В КОГНІТИВНІЙ ЄМНОСТІ ДОВІРИ, СТРУКТУРИ ЗАЙНЯТОСТІ ТА ЗНАНЬ
Анотація
У статті описано ексизм-виклики особистих фінансів в умовах розвитку цифрової економіки. Здійснено порівняння індексів довіри споживачів та бізнесу України, соціального прогресу, економіки знань, освіти та Джині у 2010-2020 рр., описано динаміку факторів соціальної взаємодії у 2011-2019 рр., наведено ситуацію та фактори зміни структури зайнятості у 2020 р., узагальнено портрет українського фрілансера та фрілансу. У статті представлено принципи економіки доступу: соціальної ефективності, оперативної ефективності, цифрової ефективності знань, ефективності мережі довіри. Узагальнено розвиток освіти та знаннєвого контенту в чотирьох хвилях розвитку штучного інтелекту. Визначено добровільне відчуження фізичною особою інтелектуальної ренти як нового цифрового факторного доходу за результатами соціальної взаємодії та через спадаючий тренд довіри, низьку цифрову фінансову грамотність і зростаючий рівень освіти.

ACCESS -CHALLENGES OF PERSONAL FINANCE IN THE COGNITIVE CAPACITY OF TRUST, EMPLOYMENT STRUCTURE AND KNOWLEDGE
Summary
The paper describes the access-challenges of personal finance in the context of the development of the digital economy. Currently, the following are being formed: (a) new financial market instruments (digital financial assets, digital additional product), assigning the value of combinations of computer power and the accumulated energy of human existence in the digital space; (b) the forms of social interaction on digital platforms and online have been changed, which initiates the emergence of a new factor income; (c) transformed business models in the labor market and in the education system based on artificial intelligence. So, there is a problem of the existence of personal finance in the changed norms of financial relations. To solve the problem the indexes of consumer and business confidence in Ukraine, social progress, knowledge economy, education and Gini were compared in 2010-2020. The paper describes the dynamics of factors of social interaction in 2011-2019. The author presents the situation and factors of changes in the structure of employment in 2020. The paper also summarizes the portrait of a Ukrainian freelancer and freelance. The paper presents the principles of the access economy: social efficiency, operational efficiency, digital efficiency of knowledge, efficiency of the network of trust. The development of education and knowledge content in four waves of development of artificial intelligence is summarized. In this paper a person of inclusive capitalism is a subject of a social network system, an information subject of cyber-physical space. His assets are (a) property of tangible, (b) non-monetary virtual forms, rights to the results of intellectual property and (c) information resource as a derivative of the right to value, contained in the circulation of the distributed ledger in the form of a unique identifier, (d) ) digital surplus product. The voluntary alienation of intellectual rent by an individual as a new digital factor income based on the results of social interaction and through a downward trend of trust, low digital financial literacy and a growing level of education is determined.
