АНАЛІЗ РІВНЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ НА СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВАХ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті розкрито сутність економічної безпеки підприємства. Охарактеризовано процес формування економічної безпеки із врахуванням галузевих особливостей таких як сезонність виробництва, обмеженість земельних ресурсів, недостатня розвиненість інфраструктури аграрних ринків, значна залежність від природно-кліматичних умов виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції. Запропоновано авторське бачення трактування економічної безпеки сільськогосподарських підприємств.
Розглянуто системні складові економічної безпеки, а саме кадрову, енергетичну, ринкову, інформаційну, правову, екологічну, виробничу, фінансову та техніко-технологічну. Рекомендовано проводити комплексний моніторинг економічної безпеки задля вчасної нейтралізації наслідків внутрішніх та зовнішніх загроз або мінімізації їх прояву на будь-яку із зазначених складових.
Визначено стримуючі чинники розвитку сільськогосподарських підприємств за окремими складовими економічної безпеки. Розроблено превентивні заходи зміцнення економічної безпеки на сільськогосподарському підприємстві.

ANALYSIS OF THE LEVEL OF ECONOMIC SECURITY AT AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE
Summary
The article reveals the essence of economic security of the enterprise. The authors describe the process of economic security formation taking into account branch features such as seasonality of production, limited land resources, insufficient development of the infrastructure of agrarian markets, a significant dependence on the climatic conditions of agricultural production. It is proposed the author's vision of the economic security of agricultural enterprises as a state of the enterprise characterized by resistance to various kinds of threats and seasonal fluctuations, the ability to ensure the realization of economic interests and to develop effectively in changing climatic conditions.
There are considered the systemic components of the economic security, namely personnel, energy, market, informational, legal, ecological, industrial, financial, and technological. It is revealed that the most important component is personnel, since it enables to activate the work of other components and has a complementary relationship. The authors have proven significant importance of the financial security as a component of economic. The ecological component has been identified as a dominant factor in the development of enterprises in the agrarian sector.
System components are considered economic security, namely personnel, energy, market, information, legal, environmental, industrial, financial and technical-technological. It is recommended to spend comprehensive monitoring of economic security in order to neutralize the consequences in a timely manner internal and external threats or minimize their manifestation on any of these components.
The main threats of technical and technological, energy components are substantiated. The priority of the information component has been identified in the conditions of in-depth information of agricultural enterprises. It is recommended to carry out a comprehensive monitoring of economic security in order to timely neutralize the effects of internal and external threats or minimize their manifestation on any of these components. The hampering factors of agricultural enterprises development for certain components of the economic security are determined. The preventive measures to strengthen the economic security at an agricultural enterprise have been developed.
