ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯ СИСТЕМИ ВНУТРІШНЬОГО КОНТРОЛЮ ЛОГІСТИЧНИХ ВИТРАТ ЯК ЕЛЕМЕНТ СТРАТЕГІЇ ВИХОДУ ПРОМИСЛОВИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ НА РИНКИ ЄС
Анотація
У статті вивчено стан виконання Угоди про асоціацію України з ЄС, як важливого кроку у підтримці промислових підприємств при виході на ринки ЄС. Досліджено особливості організації і створення системи внутрішнього контролю логістичних витрат на промислових підприємствах. Доведено переваги системи внутрішнього контролю логістичний витрат, як елементу досягнення стратегічних цілей розвитку діяльності підприємств. Запропоновано методичні положення організації системи внутрішнього контролю логістичних витрат на основі застосування методів документального (логістичний аудит) та фактичного контролю (інвентаризація). Виокремлено та охарактеризовано підходи оцінки ефективності логістичних систем на промислових підприємствах, що дозволяють комплексно підійти до контролю логістичних процесів на підприємстві та підвищити ефективність управління заготівельно-збутовою діяльністю для виходу на ринки ЄС.

ORGANIZATION OF THE SYSTEM OF INTERNAL CONTROL OF LOGISTICS COSTS AS AN ELEMENT OF THE STRATEGY OF THE EXIT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES INTO THE EU MARKETS
Summary
The article examines the current state of the Association Agreement between European Union and Ukraine implementation as an important step in supporting industrial enterprises entering into EU`s markets. The peculiarities of organization and creation of the system of internal control of logistic costs at industrial enterprises have been investigated. The advantages of the system of internal control of logistics costs as an element of achievement of strategic goals of enterprise activity development have been proved. The methodical provisions of the organization of the system of internal control of logistic costs based on the use of documentary (logistic audit) and factual control (inventory) methods have been proposed. The approaches to assessing the efficiency of logistics systems at industrial enterprises have been selected and characterized, that allows to conduct comprehensive approach of the control of logistics processes at the enterprise and increase the efficiency of management of procurement activities for entering the EU markets.
