СВІТОВІ ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ РОЗВИТКУ РИНКУ ІКРЯНИХ ТОВАРІВ

Анотація

Робота присвячена дослідженню стану та тенденцій розвитку світового ринку ікри осетрових та лососевих видів риб. Основною тенденцією світового ринку осетрової ікри є диверсифікація від промислового вилову у дикій природі до аквакультурного виробництва. Хоча з 1998 р. видобуток і торгівля осетровою ікрою регулюється Конвенцією про міжнародну торгівлю видами, що під загрозою зникнення для боротьби з нестійким промислом та незаконною торгівлею, все одно актуальною залишається проблема браконьєрського вилову осетрових та надходження контрабандної продукції на світовий ринок. Зростання попиту на осетрову ікру обумовлений застосуванням в харчовій промисловості та в індустрії краси. Подальшому збільшенню попиту на осетрову ікру також сприяє підвищення купівельної спроможності населення. Лососеву ікру отримують не тільки з риби, вирощеної в умовах аквакультури, але й в природних умовах - на території Аляски, Сахаліну та Камчатки. Санкції проти Російської Федерації та заборона прямого імпорту з її території, призвели до налагодження схеми надходження на світовий ринок російської лососевої ікри через Білорусь.

GLOBAL TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CAVIAR PRODUCTS MARKET

Summary

The article is devoted to the study of the state and trends in the development of the world market of caviar of Sturgeon and salmon fish species. Although the production and trade of sturgeon caviar has been regulated by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora since 1998 to combat unsustainable fishing and illegal trade, the problem of poaching Sturgeon and smuggling products to the world market from the Far East and Siberia (the Amur, Ob, Irtysh and Lena rivers) still remains relevant.
The capacity of the world market of sturgeon caviar reaches 1000 tons per year, but the legal turnover does not exceed 350-370 tons per year. Only Russian poachers and smugglers annually supply the world market with about 400-500 tons of caviar worth up to 450 million tons. dol. USA. The main producing countries of sturgeon caviar, in addition to the Russian Federation and China, are the EU, Iran, Armenia, the United States of America and Vietnam.
The growing demand for sturgeon caviar is due to its use in the food and beauty industries. A further increase in demand for sturgeon caviar is also facilitated by an increase in the purchasing power of the population. Salmon caviar is obtained not only from fish grown in aquaculture, but also in natural conditions - on the territory of Alaska, Sakhalin and Kamchatka. Sanctions against the Russian Federation and a ban on direct imports from its territory led to the establishment of a scheme for entering the world market of Russian salmon caviar through Belarus.
The domestic market of sturgeon caviar is characterized by opacity. Most players prefer to act either on completely black schemes, or at best on gray ones.
According to experts, about 60% of salmon caviar sold in our country is counterfeit. The largest consumers of salmon caviar are the Russian Federation, China, and India.
The domestic market of Sturgeon and salmon caviar has prospects for increasing. However, its development is hindered by the presence of counterfeit and contraband products. The number of aquaculture production of Sturgeon and salmon fish is gradually increasing, but the cost of domestic products is high and significantly exceeds the more affordable, Asian ones.
