МЕНЕДЖМЕНТ У СФЕРІ РЕГІОНАЛЬНОГО АГРОБІЗНЕСУ

Анотація

Стаття містить результати соціально-економічних досліджень щодо сучасного стану розвитку аграрного бізнесу та напрями запровадження сучасних методів менеджменту в аграрному секторі регіональної економіки з метою підвищення її ефективності. На прикладі регіону розглянуто потенційні економічні можливості розвитку аграрного бізнесу, які можна було б використати для диверсифікації та активізації економічної діяльності та створення умов, при яких найбільш імовірно і з найменшим ризиком реалізуються їх стратегічні цілі.
З метою мінімізації ризиків, стратегічні зміни на аграрних підприємствах, в кластерах, державному управлінні аграрним сектором пропонується здійснювати за допомогою проектів, планів стратегічного розвитку. Для цілей ефективного управління розглянуто класифікацію управлінських рішень. Сформовано висновок щодо державного регулювання розвитку аграрного бізнесу.

MANAGEMENT IN THE FIELD OF REGIONAL AGROBUSINESS

Summary

The article contains the results of socio-economic research on the current state of development of agrarian business and directions of introduction of modern concepts of management in the agricultural sector of the regional economy in order to increase its efficiency. Ternopil region provides potential economic opportunities for agribusiness development, which could be used to diversify and intensify economic activity in the region and create conditions under which their strategic goals are most likely and with the least risk. In order to minimize risks, strategic changes in agricultural enterprises, clusters, public administration of the agricultural sector are proposed to be implemented through projects, strategic development plans.
Based on the socio-economic analysis, the strategic goal of the region "Increasing the competitiveness of the region" is proposed, which is expected to be achieved through the implementation of management functions and operational goals, one of which is based on Smart Specialization, which identifies unique characteristics aimed at implementing new management methods through cooperation between regional and national authorities responsible for decision-making on the development and implementation of innovation policy
Agricultural management is directly related to agribusiness. The term "agribusiness" means activities related to all areas of the agro-industrial complex. Among the main potential economic opportunities for the development of agrarian business, which could be used to diversify and intensify the economic activity of the region, we can highlight the effective state regional policy. State intervention should be aimed at supporting agricultural production, using various ways, including: government programs (government programs aimed at increasing demand for agricultural products or reducing production costs, direct assistance through the social security system to farmers, the program to regulate sown areas, subsidy programs to cover the difference between purchase prices and selling prices, the provision of soft loans through a certain compensation of interest on the loan, differentiated targeted subsidies).
