УЗАГАЛЬНЮЮЧА ОЦІНКА РІВНЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ У МАКРОЕКОНОМІЧНОМУ ВИМІРІ
Анотація
У статті досліджено особливості формування підходів до оцінки стану економічної безпеки національної економіки на макроекономічному рівні. Визначено потребу в структуризації поняття «економічна безпека» для врахування впливу окремих загроз за сферами економічної діяльності та відповідними ринками. Розглянуто комплекс підходів щодо формування моделей оцінки рівня економічної безпеки на основі розрахунку інтегральних індексів та окремих індикаторів економічної безпеки за галузями економічної діяльності. Доведено, що найбільш ефективною для практичного застосування є мультиплікативні методики, котрі передбачають застосування принципу нормуванні окремих індикаторів економічної безпеки, що загалом зумовлює більш простоту у практичному застосуванні модель, а також значно сприяє збільшенню можливостей аналітиків відносно потенційних потреб у зміні окремих індикаторів в процесі аналізу.

GENERAL ASSESSMENT OF THE LEVEL OF ECONOMIC SECURITY IN THE MACROECONOMIC DIMENSION
Summary
The article examines the peculiarities of the formation of approaches to assessing the state of economic security of the national economy at the macroeconomic level. The need to structure the concept of "economic security" to take into account the impact of individual threats in the spheres of economic activity and relevant markets. A set of approaches to the formation of models for assessing the level of economic security based on the calculation of integrated indices and individual indicators of economic security by sectors of economic activity is considered. It is proved that the most effective for practical application are multiplicative methods, which involve the application of the principle of rationing of individual indicators of economic security, which generally makes the model easier to apply, and significantly increases the ability of analysts to potential needs to change individual indicators in the analysis. Assessment of economic security is impossible in isolation, as it requires consideration of systematic interaction with other areas of protection of state interests. Economic security is inextricably linked with social security, which results in the formation of socio-economic principles in the system of protection of the interests of the population. The interaction of economic factors with the ecological system is also important, as a result of which there are needs to ensure ecological and economic security and so on. Comprehensive consideration of all aspects of economic security requires the use of specialized methods that allow you to build multifactor models with many variables. Of course, the practical tools for calculating the level of economic security in this case are specialized mathematical and econometric methods of processing and generalization of large data sets, which also allow to assess their dynamics and predict the direction of change in the short and medium term. Assessment of the level of economic security at the macro level is formed on the basis of new processing of known data sets, the result of which is the formation of integrated indices of economic security. The complexity of the applied models is due to the objective need to take into account the different nature and direction of the indicators, which must be combined into a single methodology to obtain the most objective results.
