ПРАКТИЧНА ОЦІНКА СТАНУ ОСНОВНИХ БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСІВ МАШИНОБУДІВНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ПРИ ВПРОВАДЖЕННІ РЕІНЖИНІРИНГУ
Анотація
У роботі проаналізовані особливості застосування науково-методичного інструментарію визначення стану бізнес-процесів під час реінжинірингу, які полягають у застосуванні автором системного підходу до узгодження вхідних, проміжних та вихідних функціональних потоків. За авторською методикою проведена практична оцінка стану основних бізнес-процесів машинобудівних підприємств України. Методика дозволила визначити критерії оцінювання бізнес-процесів в контексті реінжинірингу за показниками швидкості та складності маршруту функціональних потоків та поділила їх на три основні групи. На наступному етапі автор визначив економічний зміст показника складності маршруту, який базується на взаємозв’язку із собівартістю новостворених процесів в процесі реінжинірингу. Даний показник враховує фактор запізнення функцій через надмірну кількість задіяних підрозділів та переміщень через них об’єктів бізнес-процесу. У висновках автор зазначив, що подальшим науковим завданням вважає формування організаційно-економічного механізму реалізації реінжинірингу, який би максимально відповідав реаліям діяльності вітчизняних промислових машинобудівних підприємств.

PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT OF THE STATE OF THE MAIN BUSINESS PROCESSES OF MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF REENGINEERING
Summary
The paper analyzes the peculiarities of the application of scientific and methodical tools for determining the state of business processes during reengineering, which consist in the application of the author's systematic approach to the coordination of input, intermediate and output functional flows. According to the author's technique, a practical assessment of the state of the basic business processes of the machine-building enterprises of Ukraine was conducted. The methodology allowed to determine the criteria for evaluating business processes in the context of reengineering based on the speed and complexity of the functional flow route, and divided them into three main groups. At the next stage, the author determined the economic content of the complexity of the route, which is based on the relationship with the cost of newly created processes in the process of reengineering. This indicator takes into account the factor of delay of functions due to the excessive number of involved units and movements through them of business process objects. In the conclusions, the author noted that the further research task is the formation of organizational and economic mechanism for the implementation of reengineering, which would be as closely as possible to the realities of domestic industrial machine-building enterprises.
