ЛОГІСТИКА ТА ІННОВАЦІЙНА АКТИВНІСТЬ МАШИНОБУДІВНОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
Мета статті полягає в подальшому розвитку теоретичних положень та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо покращення логістичного забезпечення інноваційної активності машинобудівного підприємства.
Шляхом критичного аналізу змісту наукових публікацій вчених сучасності з питань розвитку інноваційної діяльності систематизовано їх погляди у визначенні сутності інноваційної активності підприємства, узагальнено особливості логістичного забезпечення інноваційної активності підприємства.
Проаналізовано показники інноваційної активності машинобудівних підприємств України в період 2013–2017 рр. Виявлено загрозливі тенденції скорочення кількості суб’єктів, які займаються інноваційною діяльністю, що призвело до скорочення обсягів реалізації інноваційної продукції, є наслідком несприятливої державної політики у сфері стимулювання інноваційної активності машинобудівних підприємств.
Визначено, що саме логістичні інновації покликані стати дієвим інструментом активізації інноваційних процесів на машинобудівному підприємстві. З метою визначення рівня логістичного забезпечення інноваційної активності машинобудівних підприємств України проаналізовано динаміку індексу ефективності логістики та його субіндексів.
Узагальнення проблем, які заважають розвитку логістичного забезпечення інноваційної активності машинобудівних підприємств дозволило більш чітко встановити перспективні напрямки та інструменти активізації їх інноваційної активності.
Перспективами подальших досліджень у даному напрямку є вивчення можливостей удосконалення системи управління логістичним забезпеченням інноваційної активності машинобудівного підприємства.

LOGISTICS AND INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISE
Summary
The purpose of the article is in the further development of the theoretical positions and the development of practical recommendations for improving the logistic securement of the innovation activity of the machine-building enterprise.
The views in determining the essence of innovation activity of the enterprise are systematized with the help of critical analysis of the content of scientific publications of contemporary scientists on the development of innovation activities, the features of the logistic securement of the innovation activity of the enterprise are generalized.
The indicators of innovation activity of machine-building enterprises of Ukraine have been analyzed in the period of 2013-2017. The threatening tendencies of the reduction of the number of subjects of innovation activity are revealed, which led to the reduction of sales volumes of innovation products. It is the result of unfavorable state policy in the field of stimulation of innovation activity of machine-building enterprises.
It is determined that logistics innovations are intended to become an effective tool for activating innovative processes at the machine-building enterprise. In order to determine the level of logistic securement for innovation activity of machine-building enterprises of Ukraine, the dynamics of the index of logistics efficiency and its subindices has been analyzed.
The generalization of problems that preclude the development of logistic securement for innovation activity of machine-building enterprises has made it possible to more clearly identify promising directions and tools for activating their innovation activity.
Prospects for further research in this area are the study of the possibilities of improving the logistics management system for the innovation activity of the machine-building enterprise.
