ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ РОЗВИТКУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Анотація

В даній статті автором було проаналізовано роботи вітчизняних та зарубіжних науковців в категоріях організаційного забезпечення підприємств та організаційного розвитку підприємств, представлено різноманітні підходи до тлумачення даних термінів. Було наведено визначення термінів організаційного розвитку підприємств та організаційного забезпечення підприємств, які включають в себе всі аспекти діяльності підприємств та можуть використовуватись в майбутньому для поглиблення знань в даних сферах. На основі наведених визначень організаційного забезпечення та організаційного розвитку підприємств було запропоновано тлумачення терміну «організаційне забезпечення розвитку підприємств», що може використовуватись для поглиблення знань в сфері організаційного забезпечення підприємств. Результати даного дослідження можуть використовуватися в роботах аспірантів, студентів-магістрів та інших науковців для подальших досліджень.

THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT OF DEVELOPMENT ENTERPRISE

Summary

In this article the author analyzed the work of domestic and foreign scholars in the categories of organizational support of enterprises and organizational development of enterprises, but despite the large number of publications on these issues, theoretical and practical research of scientists remains insufficiently studied and highlighted. Different approaches to the interpretation of these terms are presented. The following approaches to the definition of the term of organizational support of enterprises were considered: normative, procedural, structural, systemic. It is noteworthy that each of the approaches has both disadvantages and advantages. Similarly, the following approaches to the definition of the term organizational development of the enterprise were analyzed: as a scientific and methodological basis of the substantiation and implementation of changes in the organization; as a process of conducting qualitative changes in the organization; how to upgrade or upgrade an organization; as an educational program or strategy. The definition of the terms of organizational development of enterprises and organizational support of enterprises was given on the basis of analyzed approaches to the interpretation of these terms. These definitions include all aspects of enterprise activity in a competitive environment and can be used in the future to deepen knowledge in these areas. On the basis of the definitions of organizational support and organizational development of enterprises, the interpretation of the term "organizational support for the development of enterprises" was proposed, which could be used to deepen knowledge in the field of organizational support of enterprises - this is the improvement of the organization's ability to solve various problems and the ability to update in the long run through development an effective system of documents that will provide and regulate changes in the organization or in its departments to improve the performance of the enterprise. The results of this study can be used in the work of postgraduate students, masters and other scholars for further research.
