ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНІ ОСНОВИ ВИРОБНИЦТВА КАРТОПЛІ В УМОВАХ РИНКОВИХ ВІДНОСИН
Анотація
Стаття присвячена проблемі дослідження організаційно-економічних основ та практичних засад формування ефективного виробництва картоплі у сільськогосподарських підприємствах, а також обгрунтовано стратегію щодо його підвищення.
Досліджено сучасний стан, проблеми і тенденції розвитку галузі картоплярства у Тернопільській області, проаналізовано та визначено ефективність виробництва картоплі у сільськогосподарських підприємствах.
Як свідчать матеріали дослідження, навіть за різноманіття форм і методів господарювання домінуюча роль все ж належить великому товарному виробництву, яке в силу своїх переваг дає змогу ефективніше використовувати обмежені виробничі ресурси.
Встановлено, що зменшення виробництва картоплі зумовлено переходом сільськогосподарських підприємств до вирощування культур, які менш примхливі до природніх умов та мають стабільні канали реалізації.
Зроблено висновки, що ключовими складовими формування конкурентоспроможної агропродукції галузі картоплярства України мають стати підвищення її якості до рівня світових стандартів із докорінною зміною системи заготівлі та зберігання продовольчої картоплі.

ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC BASES OF POTATO FARMING UNDER MARKET CONDITIONS
Summary
The article is devoted to the problem of studying oforganizationally-economic bases and practical principles of formation of efficient potato production in agricultural enterprises, as well as a strategy for its increasing.
The modern state, problems and tendencies of the development of the potato industry in the Ternopol region are investigated, the efficiency of potato production in agricultural enterprises is analyzed and determined.
According to the materials of the study, even for the diversity of forms and methods of management, the dominant role nevertheless belongs to the large commodity production, which, because of its advantages, makes it possible to use more efficiently limited production resources.
Under present conditions, a need arises for a significant increase in acreage under potato in agricultural enterprises, for locating a lion's share of cultivating fields in the areas with the most favorable production conditions, for industry specialization recovery, for taking measures to increase sales for recycling, and for development of the food industry with enough potato consumption as raw material. The foremost value has potato varieties that influence 50 % of all crops. The correct selection of a potato variety is a major factor in potato farming. Crop capacity is a quality indicator, the level of which is affected by many factors. With higher plant capacity we can maximize gross harvesting from the less areas being cultivated. It is very important now when the cultivated areas under potatoes are being reduced, as oilseeds production increases.
Performance indicators of an enterprise depend not only on crop capacity alone, but also on the results of product sales. Analyzing profitability indicators reflecting economic performance more accurately since they characterize the efficiency of work in general, we can trace the negative trend that has led to a significant decrease in production profitability compared to 2013, which in 2017 dropped to -5.7%.
The systematic reduction of potatoes cost is one of the basic conditions for improving the efficiency of agricultural production. It directly affects the amount of profit, the level of profitability, as well as the budget.
It was established that reduction of potato production is due to the transition of agricultural enterprises to growing crops less sensitive to natural conditions and stable channels of realization.
It is concluded that the key components of the formation of competitive agroproducts of Ukrainian potato fields should be to increase its quality to the level of world standards with a radical change in the system of harvesting and storage of food potatoes.
