ОСНОВНІ НАПРЯМИ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ АГРАРНИХ ФОРМУВАНЬ З ВИРОБНИЦТВА ПРОДУКЦІЇ РОСЛИННИЦТВА
Анотація
У статті розглянуто сутність ефективності виробництва продукції рослинництва, оскільки рослинництво – провідна галузь сільського господарства.
Визначено, що ефективнiсть діяльності підприємств залежить вiд великої кiлькостi факторiв, якi умовно можна подiлити на внутрiшнi та зовнішні, а для забезпечення сталого розвитку економіки, сільське господарство, як її частину, необхідно розглядати як органічну складову цілісної макроекономічної системи, а його ресурсний потенціал – як частку національного потенціалу.
Проведено розрахунки та здійснено оцінку щодо ефективності виробництва продукції рослинництва в сільськогосподарських підприємствах Тернопільської області. Обґрунтовано напрями та запропоновано шляхи підвищення економічної ефективності виробництва продукції рослинництва у досліджуваному регіоні.
Обґрунтовано проблему підвищення рівня ефективності виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції, розв’язання якої є важливим завданням, не тільки на державному, але й на регіональному рівні.

MAIN DIRECTIONS OF INCREASE OF EFFICIENCY OF AGRICULTURAL UNITS FUNCTIONING OF THE PLANT GROWING PRODUCTION
Summary
In the article the essence of efficiency of crop production because it is the leading branch of agriculture.
It is determined that the activity of enterprises depends on a large number of factors, which conditionally can be divided into internal and external, and to ensure the sustainable development of the economy, agriculture, as part of the service, should be considered as the organic component of comprehensive macroeconomic system and its resource potential can be as part of national capacity.
Calculations and assessment are made regarding the efficiency of crop production in agricultural enterprises in Ternopil region. Ways of increasing economic efficiency of crop production in the investigated area are substantiated and proposed.
Problem of increasing the level of efficiency of agricultural production is substantiated, the solution of which is an important task, not only at a national but also at regional level.
It is defined that crop production in Ukraine is now characterized by structural disbalance, modern enterprises being on the path of development and effective functioning need financial, economic and technological balance of processing businesses and service organizations engaged in logistics. Only under such conditions radical changes in the socio-economic situation, innovative development, positive changes in the relationship of property, economic freedom producers, saturation of the market products and products of its processing are possible in the country.
It is highlighted that, in an environment where the cost of the material, technical and energy resources has increased significantly compared with the cost of agricultural products, the problem of energy and resources became a priority and has set a challenge before scientists to find ways to reduce logistical costs and energy resources.
