ЗАРУБІЖНИЙ ДОСВІД РОЗВИТКУ ДИВЕРСИФІКАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ АГРОПРОМИСЛОВИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ
Анотація
У статті визначено значення розвитку сільського господарства як частини цілого комплексу виробничих ресурсів для агропромислових підприємств. Наголошено на теоретичному розвитку агропромисловості на основі диверсифікації. Визначені концептуальні принципи європейської практики, що спрямовані на ефективне функціонування міжрегіональної багаторівневої та міжвідомчої системи управління диверсифікацією. Розглянуто принципові особливості зарубіжного досвіду диверсифікації агропромислових підприємств, які свідчать про існування ефективних моделей управління сільськими територіями. Сформовано основні концепції зарубіжного досвіду використання інноваційних механізмів розвитку сільських територій. Наголошено на важливому значенні використанням сучасних ефективних ІТ-рішень для розвитку диверсифікаційних процесів підприємств, що вимагає нового концептуального підходу до розвитку аграрного сектору економіки. Наголошено на проблемах стратегiчних i тактичних завдань диверсифікації та напрямкiв їх реалiзацiї для успiшного функцiонування агропромислових підприємств. Виділені завдання забезпечення стратегічного напрямку диверсифікації агропромислових підприємств з врахуванням розвитку новітніх ІТ-технологій в умовах євроорієнтованої економіки.

FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF DEVELOPMENT THE DIVERSIFICATION PROCESSES OF AGRO-INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES
Summary
This article has identified and analyzed the importance of agricultural development as part of a regional economy that develops at the regional level and provides agro-industrial enterprises with productive resources. There have been emphasized the theoretical development of agro-industry based on diversification, which has based on the management of agro-industrial diversification processes, including rural development.
There has been emphasized the Conceptual Principles of European Practice which were aimed at the Effective Functioning of an Interregional Multilevel and Interagency Diversification Management System. There has been considered the fundamental features of foreign experience of diversification agro-industrial enterprises, which testify to the existence of effective models of rural territories’ management.
There have been formed the basic concepts of foreign experience in the exploring of innovative mechanisms of rural development. Based on the foreign experience, the development of diversification processes in the agro-industrial complex will be facilitated by the activation of instrumental and methodological approaches of state support through the formation an effective financial systems of agricultural enterprises, the development of agricultural insurance, price support, stimulation of the advisory development and cooperative relations in agro-industry, the new generation formation of management workers. There have been emphasized the importance of using modern effective IT solutions for the enterprise development of the diversification processes, which requires a new conceptual approach to the development of the agricultural sector of the economy. There have been emphasized the principal problems of strategic and tactical tasks of diversification activity and directions of their realization for successful functioning of agro-industrial enterprises. There has been considered the main tasks of ensuring and providing the strategic direction of diversification of agro-industrial enterprises with consideration of the development of the latest IT-technologies in the conditions of the Euro-oriented economy.
