ПІДХОДИ ДО СУТІ, ВЗАЄМОЗВ'ЯЗКУ КАТЕГОРІЙ “ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНИЙ КАПІТАЛ” ТА “ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНИЙ ПОТЕНЦІАЛ”

Анотація

У статті досліджено підходи до взаємозвязку інтелектуального капіталу та інтелектуального потенціалу на рівні підприємств. Визначено основні напрями досліджень категорії “інтелектуальний капітал”, проаналізовано основні підходи до визначення її сутності, виявлено ключові характеристики. Висвітлено загальні властивості інтелектуального капіталу та підходи до його структуризації. Визначено основні напрями розвитку категорії “потенціал підприємства”, виявлено тенденції у підходах до визначення її сутності. Проаналізовано визначення сутності понять ”інтелектуальний потенціал “ та “інтелектуальний потенціал підприємства”, визначено їх ключові характеристики. Виявлено, що у визначеннях зберігаються основні риси та складові потенціалу, проте з ухилом до інтелектуальної сфери. Проаналізовано погляди вчених на суть та взаємозвязок категорій “інтелектуальний капітал” та “інтелектуальний потенціал” на рівні підприємства, запропоновано виділити три основні підходи.

APPROACHES TO THE ESSENCE, INTERCONNECTION OF CATEGORIES OF "INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL" AND "INTELLECTUAL POTENTIAL"

Summary

The article studies approaches to the relationship of intellectual capital and intellectual potential at the enterprise level. Defined the main directions of research of the category “intellectual capital”, the basic approaches to definition of its essence. Revealed that the key characteristics of intellectual capital is “the sum of knowledge”, “information and knowledge”, “the totality of the intellectual resources of people, companies and organizations”, “competitive”, “competitive advantage”. It describes the General properties of intellectual capital and approaches to its structuring. The main directions of development of the category “potential of enterprise”, trends in approaches to definition of its essence. Analyzed to define the essence of the concepts of ”intellectual potential “ and “intellectual potential”. Determined that their key characteristics are: “a set of intellectual qualities and resources”, “integrated ability of the person or group of persons”, “to accumulate, create and use knowledge, and the like, internal possibilities of the enterprise”, “decision problems,” “development, self-preservation,” “create new spiritual and material values”, “competitive advantage.” It is revealed that the definitions remain the main features and components of the potential, but with a bias towards the intellectual sphere. Analyzed the views of scientists on the essence and the interconnection of categories “intellectual capital” and “intellectual potential” at the enterprise level. Proposed to distinguish three main approaches to interconnection” of relationships between us categories: intellectual potential of the company together with the financial capability is a factor for the formation of intellectual capital; intellectual capital, formed on the basis of intellectual resources is the basis for the formation of the intellectual potential; intellectual capacity is formed in parallel with intellectual capital from the products of intellectual activities add value and which do not add value, and have no explicit hierarchical relationship.
