ФУНДАМЕНТАЛЬНІ ПРОБЛЕМИ ОБЛІКУ ВИТРАТ І РЕЗУЛЬТАТІВ ЕКОНОМІКИ В УМОВАХ СУЧАСНИХ ЦИВІЛІЗАЦІЙНИХ ЗРУШЕНЬ
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано істотні зміни, що відбуваються у людині та її праці в умовах переходу від індустріальної до постіндустріальної економіки. Якщо ще донедавна в структурі світового господарства домінуючим було матеріальне виробництво, то сучасний стан країн-лідерів глобальної економіки характеризується безумовним домінуванням нематеріального виробництва та сфери послуг. Все це вносить свої корективи та визначає еволюцію обліку витрат і результатів виробництва.
В умовах домінування ринку в системі соціально-економічного механізму проблема вимірювання виробничих витрат у структурі нової економіки стає особливо гострою, особливо в нових соціально-цивілізаційних умовах. Щоб сформувати нову базу обліку витрат, треба, нарешті, відмовитися від теоретико-методологічної бази діалектичного матеріалізму і безповоротно перейти до діалектичної філософії, яка поєднує в собі матеріальні та нематеріальні фактори: зміст і форму, сутність і явище. Цілком зрозуміло, що для цього не підходять раціональні числа та існуючі математичні моделі.

THE FUNDAMENTAL PROBLEMS OF COST AND ECONOMIC RESULTS ACCOUNTING IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERN CIVILIZATION MOVEMENTS
Summary
Accounting and control in the management of business activities will undergo significant fundamental changes in the near future. This is explained by the civilizational shifts in modern society. The point is to transform the social motive, to separate the economic incentives of social activity from all others, which is accompanied by an increase in the share of intangible production, to change the structure of employment with the predominance of services in it, namely those branches of activity that directly serve the development of human abilities and capabilities, namely: education, science, culture, medicine, social protection and more.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the existing civilizational shifts that encompass society, production, and man, as well as to create a theoretical and economic basis for accounting for the costs and outputs of production under such conditions.
In the course of the study the following methods were used: dialectical materialism, dialectical philosophy, scientific abstraction, system analysis, synthesis, dialectics of form and content, quantitative and qualitative changes, dialectical logic.
If in the conditions of dominance of material production and economic incentives of human activity the decisive role played by traditional material capital, which gave the name of the whole formation (capitalism), then in the conditions of the new modern world, there is a dematerialization of production and used resources. This is explained by the new fundamental principles of economic and social development, which are based on the use of information and human abilities, as a determinant of production and social life.
In the process of becoming a post-industrial information society, value as an economic category is weakened. It is not the cost of production, that matters to society, but its utility, quality, that is, the ability to satisfy social needs. Cost was a key category in resource constraints, a powerful factor in their efficient use. In the conditions of existing civilizational shifts, on the demand side, the value of goods is measured not by the cost of production, but by their usefulness - an intangible value that can only be measured arbitrarily.
On the supply side, the problem of measuring production costs will not disappear, but will be exacerbated, especially if unlimited information resources are used as a major factor in production.
In the conditions of market dominance in the system of social economic mechanism, the problem of measuring production costs in the structure of the new economy is especially acute, especially in the new socio-civilizational conditions. In order to form a new base of cost accounting, one must finally abandon the theoretical and methodological base of dialectical materialism and irrevocably move on to dialectical philosophy, which combines material and intangible factors: content and form, essence and phenomenon. It is quite clear that rational numbers and existing mathematical models are not suitable for this purpose.
