STATUS AND FEATURES OF USE OF NATURAL RESOURCE POTENTIAL OF RURAL AREAS OF THE BLACK SEA REGION

Summary

The article substantiates the relevance of the assessment and features of the use of natural resource potential of rural areas of the Black Sea region. The assessment of natural resource potential showed that the Black Sea economic region has a clear agricultural orientation of land use - 78.1% of its land is for agricultural purposes. This is at 7.3 in. n. more than the national average. In the Black Sea area the most agrarian region is the Mykolayiv area – 81.6% of its earths are used for agricultural production. This indicates that the dominant type of entrepreneurial activity in rural areas of the region is agricultural business.
The share of land set aside for reserves and national nature parks here - the upper, lower middle part of the road. The best conditions are Kherson region, both in flat land plots and in accordance with the total number. However, in the gloomy part of the Black Sea region there is a critical situation with the use of dangerous situations in this area (class IV). The worst situation in the Mykolayiv region, their accumulation causes the formation, accumulation and increase of toxins in soil, surface water and air, which causes irreparable damage to the environment and significantly complicates the environmental component of sustainable development of rural areas of the region.
The amount of fertilizers applied in the region is not enough to compensate for the removal of nutrients from the soil by the harvest of crops. Also, the regions of the Black Sea economic region, while remaining the most water-scarce, carry out much larger than the national average water intake per capita in the relevant area.
Thus, to achieve high socio-economic indicators largely depends on the quality of management which involves balancing the economic, social and environmental components of rural development through the development of entrepreneurship in agro-industrial production and ensuring the multifunctionality of the rural economy; converging levels of rural development through improving the quality of life and creating favorable conditions for the preservation of human capital. All this is necessary to prepare rural areas for Ukraine's accession to the EU.

Keywords: esource potential; region; rural territory; rational use; agricultural production; ecological component.
