НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ ПРИРОДНИЙ ПАРК «ПОДІЛЬСЬКІ ТОВТРИ» ЯК УНІКАЛЬНИЙ РЕСУРС ДЛЯ РОЗВИТКУ ВНУТРІШНЬОГО ТА МІЖНАРОДНОГО ТУРИЗМУ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
Найважливішою передумовою організації рекреаційної діяльності виступають рекреаційні ресурси. Під рекреаційними ресурсами розуміють об’єкти, явища і процеси природного, антропогенного та соціального походження, що використовуються або можуть бути використані для розвитку рекреації та впливають на територіальну організацію рекреаційної діяльності, її спеціалізацію та економічну ефективність. Багатогранність поняття «рекреаційні ресурси» визначається різноманітністю підходів до їх класифікації. Любіцева О. О. пропонує виділяти шість основних підходів: сутнісний підхід; функціональний підхід (за неповторністю природних умов і рекреаційних ресурсів у поєднанні з комплексністю їх використання); діяльнісний підхід; атрактивний підхід; ціннісний підхід; еколого-економічний підхід. В даній статті досліджено рельєф Хмельницької обл. Особлива увага приділена Товтровому Кряжу як привабливому ресурсу туризму.

NATIONAL NATURAL PARK «PODILSKY TOVTRY» AS A UNIQUE RESOURCE FOR INTERNAL AND INTERNATIONAL TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE
Summary
Tourism has become a feature of modern lifestyle, an important element of the global economy and an influential factor in international integration processes. Tourist industry nowadays has become a leading industry, the profitability of which almost equal to the leading motor car industry, energy production and high-tech sector. In many countries of the world tourism industry is powerful, and often the only taxpayer provides foreign exchange earnings in the national economy, positively affects on the investment climate and external image of the country. Today especially grows the importance of regional tourism policy. Regional development strategies areas of the Western Region to 2020 recognized recreation and tourism as priority components of socio-economic development. It is particularly important that the recreational-tourism potential acts quite an active factor in the development area, and causes additional stimulating effect on transport and technology, infrastructure, services, construction industry and other sectors of the economy. In the Khmelnitska region the foundation of natural potential contents tectonic resources, recreational landscapes, recreational resources, natural protected areas and areas of historical and cultural significance. The most important prerequisite of recreational activities are the recreational resources. Under recreational resources understand objects, phenomena and processes of natural, human and social origin that are or may be used for the development of recreation and affecting the territorial organization of recreational activities, specialization and cost efficiency. The many facets of the term «recreational resources» is defined by a variety of approaches to their classification. Lyubitseva O. O. offers to allocate six basic approaches: essential approach; functional approach (for the uniqueness of the natural environment and recreational resources, combined with the complexity of their use); activity approach; attractive approach; value-based approach; environmental and economic approach. In the article relief of Khmelnytska region was investigated. Special attention was paid to Tovtrovyi Edge as an attractive tourist resource.
