АНАЛІЗУВАННЯ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНИХ СТРУКТУР УПРАВЛІННЯ ВІТЧИЗНЯНИМИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВАМИ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто основні види організаційних структур управління підприємствами (ОСУП). На засадах використання експертного методу ідентифіковано ті типи організаційних структур, які є найбільш поширеними на вітчизняних підприємствах. За кожною класифікаційною ознакою на основі експертної інформації наведено відповідні типи ОСУП та їх відносні частки, а також розглянуто їхні особливості та доцільність застосування для певного розміру підприємств. Авторами застосовано метод кореляційного аналізу для виявлення взаємозв’язку між підсистемами організаційних структур управління великих підприємств і рівнем автоматизації виробництва. Обґрунтовано застосування матриці коефіцієнтів парної кореляції та здійснено перевірку її значущості, що дало змогу сформувати висновки про наявність зв’язку між відносними частками управлінських і виробничих підрозділів підприємств. На основі проведених авторами досліджень було виявлено, що рівень автоматизації виробництва суттєво впливає на співвідношення часток управлінських і виробничих структурних підрозділів підприємств.

ANALYSIS OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES OF MANAGEMENT OF DOMESTIC ENTERPRISES
Summary
The article considers the main types of organizational structures of enterprise management (OSUP). There are identifed that types of organizational structures that are most common in domestic enterprises and wich are based of the expert methods. This made it possible to develop appropriate classification features, including the following: the method of construction, the duration of operation in the structure, the stage of the life cycle of the management structure, the level of integration, the scale of market coverage, the peculiarities of economic activity. Each classification attribute includes the relevant types and their relative shares that are determined on the basis of expert information, as well the article consider their features and feasibility of application for a certain size of enterprises. The authors used the method of correlation analysis to identify the relationship between the subsystems of organizational management structures of large enterprises and the level of production automation. The application of the matrix of pairwise correlation coefficients is substantiated and its significance is checked, which allowed to form conclusions about the existence of a connection between the relative shares of management and production units of large enterprises. Based on the research conducted by the authors, it was found that the level of automation of production significantly affects the ratio of shares of management and production units of enterprises. Brought that the higher the level of production automation, the more management structural units and the smaller the number of employees of production structural units. Expert research also suggests that, regardless of the size of enterprises, the largest average number of structural units and the number of their employees takes place in enterprises with a combined organizational management structure. It was found that among the combined organizational management structures are dominated by matrix, and the implementation of measures aimed at improving the level of automation of production allows to obtain synergistic effects of economies of scale in both management and production sectors of the organizational management structure.
